This Starbucks needs to pick up the pace during peak, because I shouldn’t be in line for 15-20 mins for coffee.

They need to pick up their pace it’s annoying and absolutely absurd to wait 30 minutes when ordering drive thru or mobile order, where is my old stuff ???

I will never set foot in this establishment again; Jada was extremely rude. I can see why we are moving towards having robots replace unpleasant individuals, as there is a complete lack of customer service here.

Good Day, I just wanted to take time out to say the Starbucks on West Florissant next to QT has a thumbs 👍🏽 up from me. RJ, is the young man who is the cashier at this location. Great Customer Service every time I go into the lobby. Starbucks is lucky to have him as part of its team. Keep up the good service, RJ. I will tell my family and friends about this location.

Strangest, visit ever! The barista watched me walk in, looked me in my face and continued to make a drink and gingerly took a sip. In standard Millennial fashion, she asked what she could get me. Ordered my usual...room for cream and a lemon cake.
She said, 'oh, you have your own cream at home?'
'You all have cream over there I can use, right?'
She poured my usual, handed it to me and walked away.
'Can I get the cake?' I said. Irritated, she handed it over.
I get to the cream station...no cream. NONE!!!
I asked for cream
Another young lady asked, 'oat milk?'
'Cream' I said
She poured some in a cup and asked for any leftovers back...

I’ve always been a big fan of Starbucks. I love their coffee and their espresso. Not to mention the lemon loaf and macchiato’s or is it mocha?

I just ordered a flavor white from The Starbucks on West Florrisant.My drink tasted like WATER . HOW CAN A COFFE WITH ESPRESSO TASTE LIKE WATER. ordered two extra shots off classic syrup and of course it wasn't sweet, I can't come to this location anymore, I've been disappointed more than this.

It's a Starbucks, but the workers were very friendly and helpful with a large order. Thank you!
