Been up to this location 3 times now each time i have found lettuce in my sandwich and my friend has a lettuce allergy not to mention I don't want on my ham a cheese sandwich when I order for just me. Also this go round ordered beef sandwich aswell and had to throw up and havent stopped running to toilet it was only thing I have eaten today so guessing food issue. Either way clean station with lettuce.

Made online order at 6:30. Went to pick up. Doors were locked. Went through drive thru. Was told they didn't have my order even though I had an order#. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and I was not offered to make another order. When I got there 2 employees were outside and when I went to go in they hurried back inside. Seems like no one wanted to work. Left with nothing and will not go back to this location.

I ordered a fried turkey gobbler sandwich waited in line for about 10 min the lady at window said sorry she made you the wrong sandwich she made you the club. I took the bag drove off. I was at lunch mind you and opened sandwich when I got back to office and it was a club sloppy mess. I called to complain and they said to come back and they would fix it. I said I couldn’t do that because my half hour lunch was up and cannot go back could they credit my sandwich? They laid the phone on table and left it, they never got back with me. I waited for half and hour on the phone. I will never go back and I will give very bad reviews to all I know. Nasty food nasty service.

Love the 2 for 6. The chicken sandwiches are a huge savings. Service was a little slow last couple times I went but it was right at the peak lunch rush so it’s ok.

I was going to call Arby's so I did cuz I wanted some curly fries the usual this lady picks up the phone I asked for them and she says yeah if you buy them with a nasty attitude then she asked her friend or her co-worker do you want to deal with her I asked what's wrong and she said nothing I just don't want to deal with you. I said oh okay. Her friend asked me what I wanted all I said was I just wanted some curly fries she had an attitude then so I just hung up ?
Love the food here. Arby's gives great portion sizes. The only negative is the seating, the tables are too high compared to the seats making it really awkward for shorter folks.

The food my family ordered was perfect. From chicken sandwiches to big roast beef sandwiches cheese sticks french fries. Strawberry lemonade. The food was very delicious. But the restaurant is in desperate need of a new roof. It was leaking all over in the restaurant. Even on some of the tables. But don't get me wrong it was a very clean restaurant. Even with them little mishaps. Nothing at the employees can do about the roof. That's corporate I totally understand that. The manager did make sure that there was all kinds of signs out. About slip and wet. So that does not take away from any of the service. Because I know it's still a pretty new structure. That's a corporate issue and just know your employees and your managers done one heck of a job and please in my family. It was a pleasure to eat in your establishment. Thank you
One star. Went inside for takeout due to having coupons. Went in, all the staff was outside vaping. We ordered, and they gave us premade food that has been sitting for god knows how long. The place was dead so I can only imagine awhile. They bagged our fries and nuggets with no gloves, and tasting the food now it is cold. Roast beef was cut fresh, dont know about temperature. The floor was covered in trash and old fries and miscellaneous food. Place was disgusting. Scared to come back. As a previous fast food manager, this place is SAD.
