Wasn’t impressed with anything at this Bob Evan’s location. First thing, we get seated with our two young boys.. 5 mins later someone comes and ask if we could move to the other side of the dinning room because that side was closed. So my issue with this is just don’t seat annyone else on that side. Your mistake. Just have a server come to that side for the time being. ( there were others on this side still eating at the time.) If I had a restaurant I would NEVER ask a guest to move tables once they have been seated. I couldn’t believe you all did. Then our order was messed up. Had to send two things back but they did take one item off our ticket.. And our son ordered the kids fish, he was served one fish stick that was about 1in by 3 inches. Pretty pathetic. Overall our experience was more annoying than anything. Just seem liked no one had their crap together. Won’t return to this location, Theres plenty of other places to eat in Festus, MO.

Picked up a family size grilled chicken salad to serve guests for lunch. I picked it up 20 minutes after ordering. The lettuce was soggy, and the chicken was stone cold. This was not made fresh. It had been in a refrigerator for hours.

Food was fine, Service was rather slow considering the place was mostly empty. Our server could even handle our group of 10 workout doing every little thing as 2 separate groups, she split us for every aspect of ordering & had to take care of half of us, then come back to do the other half

We didn't care for the food. Nice place and server. Red, white, and blue pancakes are highly underwhelming. The bananas were more gray.

Went in this early afternoon today the guac on the napkin is what was served to me ontop of my Veggie Skillet bowl. When I asked for new guac, my server informed me that they don’t keep sliced avocado fresh and it would be a few minutes. I told them this looked at least a couple days old. I then continued to hear her complain from behind the partition that separates the kitchen from the dining room.

I ordered a burger and waited a very long time for it to come out. The burger was so tough and rubbery, it was disgusting. I waited for the server to come check on us and when she never did, I went to find someone so that I could tell them about the burger. They did remake it and it was better, but super bland. The burger represented in the picture is most definitely not the patty you'll receive. Go to McDonalds and get a quarter pounder, it'll have more flavor and a thicker patty.

Moved to Festus, Mo 4 years ago. This WHOLE TIME the highrise highway sign has not been illuminated at all, NONE of the 8 roof lights have worked, and there’s only 1 parking lot light working. The only lights functioning on the building are the Bob Evans signs on the front and one side of the building. Wonder why sales are dead when it’s dark outside? ……… because they look closed! Boy has Bob’s gone downhill. Help the GM and AGM drive some sales and LIGHT UP the property so they don’t look closed!!! Nice supervision and support Pruss!!

The food here is pathetic The coffee is without about the worst coffee available, and the service is maybe fair and I think I'm giving it too much of a good sign it's really not. We probably won't ever be back unless the major changes made. Update: a friend of mine and I went there today to have a quick lunch The service we got from the young lady was really really good service but the food made us both sick and my friend is well there's no polite way to put it he just his stomach's cutting loose on him so I'm sure we won't be going back it's a shame that young lady has to work at a place like that

Ordered a burger to go. It was absolutely disgusting. I went to pick up my order. Person told me it was not ready. I had to wait for a bunch of people to check out. She turned around and my order was sitting there the whole time. It was the only one behind her. Concealed they were short staff but I got cardboard food. I could barely eat because of it. If you're going to charge full prices, give full service!!!!!!
