We are from out of town and we went there on Thanksgiving Day. We barely had to wait for our table and the service was great. It was a limited menu but the food was really good and hot.

Portion size was generous, however, green beans were very stringy, dressing was too salty, mashed potatoes were instant, rolls were stale, and the pumpkin pie was gritty. I've always loved Bob Evans so this was surprisingly disappointing.

Our food was good, our waitress was nice! But, the fellow at the front register was amazing!! He's always soo nice! He had a t-shirt that said I love you like Biscuits and gravy. My special needs nephew liked it and this super nice guy actually took it off (he had another shirt on) and gave it to him... I bought another t-shirt also with a different saying.

It is clean and friendly but I don't think the menu has changed in 30 years and there is NEVER anyone around when you first walk in to be seated. Not typically to long of a wait and everyone is friendly. Was a good food experience however we asked for a table and was denied. Our server McKenzie was the best part of the whole thing. Courteous and nice. The area we sat in and pretty much all the blinds looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a longggg time pretty grunge. My soup and sandwich were excellent.
