The burgers and Frisco melts look great on tv and big or at least good size. But when you actually go to the establishment and order, you don't get the same quality. I got a Frisco melt or something like it and when they brought us our food it was a little bigger than a white castle burger and smashed. It literally could fit in my palm. Smaller than a 44oz lid. Very disappointed. It will be a long time before I eat there again with my family.

Oh Nay Nay! Just picked up an order inside the restaurant. While I was waiting for my order, another customer from the drive through walked in. He got the wrong order. They did promptly get him what he ordered but after rifling through the bag and handling the food "Nay Nay" put the food back for another order. Bad idea. You don't give someone food that was handled in any way by a non- employee. His hands were dirty, you don't know what he touched or if he left something in the bag. Guess I won't be eating here

We came in Saturday morning morning for brunch. It was my daughters first time eating here so she wasn't sure what she wanted to get and the lady that was taking our order was quite irritated at the fact. We let that go, order total was 43$, we paid and then we got pulled forward for around 10minutes waiting on a large fry to cook. This would have been okay had our order been right, but they didn't put Bacon on our Bacon Double Cheese Burgers even though they were marked like that and rang up like that, and then they undercooked the French toast sticks and we could not even eat it. The food that was right was good and fresh other than that, so we are leaving 2 stars instead of one. We will not go back though, rather just go to Pevely since this hasn't happened there before.

I was there at the Festus location on Aug. 25, 2024. My son started coughing a lot and ended up getting sick while sitting at the booth. A couple helped me clean everything up. A manager and employee gave me a rag to clean him up and they checked on him to see if he was OK throughout the rest of our visit.

Mark was very nice and extremely helpful. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time. Not only did he politely ask if we would like a drink carrier but also offered a crown to my son and and was very cheerful.
