Went to get breakfast ordered 2 items a sandwich and French toast sticks, got told to pull forward did waited for some minutes at the end of this encounter 20ish for no reason man backed up to the window went to ask for my money back cause it's not that serious to wait it's cool and got a tone from a lady Tina jen I don't know got to different names from different folks doesn't really matter. Wasn't a good experience for any of us

I ordered the SpongeBob meal on the app... unfortunately it doesn't give you the choice for all the goodies that come with it... however they did give me a box and a crown so that was cool...the 2 sodas I ordered were missing the carbonated part...but what ever!

Order a double bacon cheese burger and large onion ring. Got the large onion ring but to my surprise my burger had someone else's name on it and it was a cheeseburger with pickle onion and mustard. Lol please read the tv screens above you. Make sure customers get their right food. Now I called to complain. Someone said said sorry and offered a fix of come back in or name on for another day. How about have someone drive it to me. I wasted my time from my lunch half hour spent my money. They should have to bring it to me. Eye for a eye

Was there 10-5-25 about 3pm, extremely rude woman working inside register,was angry we were there and wanted to order food, refused to sell the Halloween food as a combo even tho there was a sign advertising it, food was prepared messy and uneatable, she said their shorthanded but that's not an excuse for being rude, burger king corporate need to professionally hire so customers aren't walking into this kind of environment it's unexcusable to try and run a business that isn't properly staffed.
