I ordered the grilled white fish and shrimp. The shrimp were so old they were like rubber. The fish had minimal seasoning on it. The girl at the drive thru window was very nice. But the food was horrible. I normally have great food and experience there.

We completed an online order, I do not eat seafood but like the chicken. My husband likes the seafood and gets a sampler platter. When he picked up the order he said the comment was made that they don't substitute chicken on the platter. He waited a very long time for an order they had 20 mins to prepare, And the online order said 11 mins. When he got home, my meal was entirely replaced with fish, which I don't eat. When we tried to call them no one will answer the phone. Horrible experience

Shrinkflation is real. This week our Mac & Cheese and broccoli looked like they didn't want to cook more food so we got small portion sizes. I would say it's a first time, but we've received pieces of fish where one was literally half a piece, opened another container and the same thing. As if they were one piece short and broke it in half to get the order out the door. Maybe they got in trouble for making servings look like the menu or commercials? Not sure. Frustrating.

The first time I ever visited a captain d's was in april. Now go about twice a month. The young man in the front, on evening is the best, he has been there almost ever visit. Very interactive with the customers, very professional always suggestive sales, busses table, he is positive to everyone. I have a large family ... for fast food i spend alot there. My first visit was over 100. The drinks are crazy high.... I keep coming back bc the food is good and the service, mainly that guy. Hope someone actually reads these so he can be recognized. He was working to night Oct 10 front counter and drive thru with a young female. She was GREAT too.
Took 25 minutes in the drive thru to get what appeared to be fish.

Lady at the drive thru was very nice. They have closed all the Captain Ds in my area so I was excited to find this one traveling. The fish just was not good. And I have always loved your fish! I was just disappointed.

930 pm Friday night cashier ride store unclean trash in piles had to ask about the smrip that wasn't brought to us that was paid for bathroom s both smell men's smell like pea the chasier seems like she had an audit the whole time she had no manners when we walked up to the counter she said that the dining room closed at 10 pm she was just rude to me and my friend ---roommate female ‼️‼️ Ive had way better service at the house springs,mo. Location that store is ALWAYS clean and friendly in like the young girl at the festus,mo. Location this happened to us 8-1-2025 . ‼️‼️‼️😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I can not say enough good things about this restaurant, for fast food seafood they really are tops. The shrimp are always cooked very good, and they have amazing hush puppies. They always give amazing service through the drive thru, and the people are so nice and accomadating. They don't just give you one or 2 sauces, they give you at least a handful or not more and ask you if it is enough before you leave without charging a leg for sauces. I enjoy eatting at this location everytime I come to Festus.
