Quality of the food had gone downhill at Festus Mo location. We got fish and shrimp last time. It was almost burned and the hush puppies were crispy and over cooked. Everything including the fries tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Service was slow and management is terrible. The manager refused to give us a refund or offer any kind of solution. Stay away from here is my suggestion.

They advertised the fried Oysters. They were terrible. Fishy smell, no texture, just went to mush. Maybe they were too old. The fish fillets were not that great either. Disappointed all the way around. Used to have decent food here.

Had a great meal at this Captain D's The lady taking my order was very nice and the place was very clean and well stocked. Only 4 stars for atmosphere was because the floor needed to be mopped with clean water. The floor was sticky.

Completely got everything I ordered wrong. Went through the drive through ordered waiting was a bit long got my food went back to my office and the order was wrong. Wasn’t even busy there. How can they stay in business.

Food is not worth the price.. over $12 for a toddler amount of soggy fries. 3 small pieces of ?. My 2 peices of fish were only about an inch wide. Chicken was just a ok. Will not eat there again

The lobster rolls, all things considered, are pretty damn good.

Food tastes great and it was pretty quick! The staff consists of 2 people and our family was eating in a couple of minutes! Great tasting food, hot, fast and with a smile! The staff was super! We were on vacation, our local version is dirty and terrible, every time. Nothing much to complain about here! They also had a beach theme and it was relaxing! We loved it!

Dont order delivery, they charge almost $7 delivery fee. I ordered a $6 meal, and tipped $6 to the driver, and it was never delivered. Called to ask for help like the website told me to, and they had no idea who even delivered it. So their mistake and lack of training costed me $20 today. Will not eat here again.

I ordered the 3 chicken tenders combo for 6.99 special it tastes burned the tenders are super small like they cut one piece to three pieces smaller than chicken nuggets I am so disappointed with the food I ordered don't waste ur money there it's a total loss
