I ordered a pizza today. I was waiting for it inside the building and was watching the man make the pizza. He got pizza sauce on his fingers and was scraping it off on the container holding the sauce that he was using to make the pizzas. It was so gross I took my pizza and throw it away. The pizza sauce was running back down into the container off of his fingers . This was the festus location

Most of the time the pizza is fine. We know the wait time is going to be a long time so we account for that. Today the hand tossed was so thin it was like eating a pizza cracker. Manager needs to step it up. Most of the problems would be solved if they had someone competent running the store.

Man! Dominoes has really upped their game over the last few years. Absolutely delicious pepperoni amd sausage pizza with extra cheese and sauce.

If you want to walk-in and order for carryout, you're S.O.L. at least at the Festus location on Collins Dr. They claim to only take phone orders, and the wait time is so long you can't make it a spur of the moment dinner option. When ordering for delivery, they have their calls routed to an outside source... when I say "outside", I don't mean another city in MO, I don't even mean another STATE! I discovered this while the person taking my order had no idea where Collins Drive was - confused I replied "you WORK on Collins drive". And that's when he informed me that no, he did not. He is located in INDIA. The distance from the Domino's pizza on Collins Drive in Festus, MO is less than 1/4 of a mile from the destination I wanted it delivered to - which is also located off of Collins Dr. I'll never order from Domino's again because of this. Idc if it's JUST this restaurant or the entire franchise, NONE of them should even be given an option to bypass giving jobs to fully capable americans, no matter how much cheaper other services are. Imagine trying to explain directions to someone who is 8,310 miles away.
