Ordered dinner through the drive-thru. No problems and food is really good. The wait was a little longer than McDonald's but it's worth it!

My family and i decided to dine in last night and enjoyed the food but, we had a little bit of a wait get our food. There was one staff who was working crazy the entire night and made sure we enjoyed our food and had a good experience. Shout out to you Shyann you are a rockstar and deserve for it to be known!

ORDERED LARGE FAMILY MEAL, called and spoke with Manager John and was told they don’t offer the pizza with the large family meal. The menu states that it is offered. Still did not receive. Have photo of the online menu that shows pizza does come with the family meal.

Many tables were dirty, but it was a little after lunch... But the staff were walking around and chatting, so they obviously could have wiped them down. Great food though and great service. Brought breakstix before we even asked... And brought a bunch!
I come through the Festus Fazolis drive-thru about twice a month. Ashley, who is one of the managers at this location, does an outstanding job and has the best customer service! It is hard to find good customer service nowadays. I have decided to stop going to certain restaurants because it seems like customer service doesn't matter anymore. Any time I have gone to this location Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure that my food is good and hot and that I get everything I need with my order. I hope someone higher up sees this review and takes care of this employee. She deserves it. A caring attitude and a smile goes a long way. Thank you Ashley.
