Melissa is great! But now im changing my opinion I just sat there for 25 min to get the wrong food. And literally watched someone else walk out before she got her food but after she paid! This experience was mind blowing! I hope yall can get it together because today was one of the worst experiences I've had with any restaurant ever!

How is this place still in business. First off they underserved on the fries I they asked me to pull forward after I paid didn't even give me my drinks while I waited for 20 minutes then whenever they brought my food out they completely forgot the drinks when I asked about why there was only six fries and yes I counted only six and the kids mail he mumbled something incoherent and walked away. This goes along with what I was telling my wife earlier today that I've never heard anybody state that they're hungry and want to eat at Hardee's because it's good because I've never heard anybody say that. I'm a male in my 30s and was trying to try something new that I've never had before and lo and behold the Hardee's infestus is worse than the Arby's in Festus and how in the world did Fazoli shut down before this place sanitation and Food Services need to inspect this place thoroughly along with the BBB. I hope I don't get food poisoning and I hope I didn't just jinx myself by saying that.

We went through drive thru and got the pick 2 bag meals and a kids meal. The kids meal fry had MAYBE 6 half piece fries in it. The Large and small? Medium? fries were barely filled. Its like they took a large and split it between the three servings. We asked the guy who brought the food out after at least a 10 minute wait about the barely filled fries and he said something about a bag fry being small? Idk first time coming by in 8+ years and it'll be my last. The food wasn't even fresh for the time we waited. My husband's reply eating hos chicken wrap was that the grease needs to be changed.

Still waiting in drive thru after 30 minutes. Haven’t even ordered yet. EVERY time it is like this and we keep making the same mistake. The whole “team” needs to be replaced, including management. How is this a successful business model?

Ordered 3 meals. With fries. Had to go back for the fries. The fries were old and cold. Not too happy that I had to wait 10 minutes with 0 line and they forgot half the food. Then gave me the old fries that they forgot to give me the first time. It's just sad.
The staff are very friendly the restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. Carla helped us out today and provided excellent service making sure to go above and beyond.

I would love to change this review if and when the issue is solved. I came in last night on my 30 min lunch break for the number 5. Upon open my burger and taking a bite, I realized everything was there but the meat patty. I can’t imagine how you even got two slices of cheese and veg on there but no burger meat. It would have been fine had the manager on duty not spoke to me like I’m an idiot when I called. He expected me to keep the messed up burger and receipt until the next day. That’s ridiculous. You can have the receipt because I know you can pull video footage. I’m not saving that food over night. That was a really ridiculous request. No one’s trying to scam you out of fast food so quit assuming your customers are trying to get one over on you. Super bad for business and it looks really weird. Seems like methy situation. Pun intended. Wish I could post a pic. I still want my money back just for principal at this point. I’ll be in today with my receipt.

Typical fast food restaurant. Food was hot but that's about all of the positive I have. Ordered our food online for pickup. The Frisco sandwich bread was stale, had to be a few days old because it was not good, ended up throwing the bread away. They were out of Dr. Pepper (which is what was ordered). Just set your expectations low and you might not be disappointed.
