Waited 10 minutes after ordering in the D/T for my food. Not sure what was the cause for their hold up. All my items including my coffee were cold, obviously not fresh, the cheese had begun to harden and darken in it's color. More than $15 for 2 sandwiches and a large black coffee is ridiculous at best, especially when the end product is so poorly executed. I do not recommend.

Kelli was extremely friendly and upfront with all the customers. She was working at this location from a different store and handled running out of products very professionally. Staff was honest with us and other customers about being short-staffed and clearly communicated that the wait time would be longer.

The sweet girl at the drive thru was so nice. She double checked my order, made sure I had ketchup and sauce for my burrito. Smile during the entire transaction. Haven't seen her before but look forward to seeing more of her.

Dylan the manager was so kind. There was an issue with delivery driver and the store not only made up for it but were so nice.
Really just stopped for a restroom break but it is polite to make a purchase. Ordered a large drink. $3.98!!! I don't come to Hardee's much. Sticker shock. When I walked in the smell hit me.. old grease smell. As I was waiting to take my order for the soda I looked around at the lack of cleaning that had been done. Food on floor and under the work stations . Took my cup after paying only to find out they are out of Dr Pepper... what I wanted. So I asked for a refund. Dylan addressed me and stated they are out til tomorrow but processed my refund with a smile . 2:00pm Not gonna be back.

3 out 4 times I ordered meals in the past month my double cheeseburger was a single. We live in De Soto so it's not like we can take the food back the same day. Frustrating. We've had the same experience at the Bonne Terre location, today! Is this a franchise issue in 2025?

Melissa is great! But now im changing my opinion I just sat there for 25 min to get the wrong food. And literally watched someone else walk out before she got her food but after she paid! This experience was mind blowing! I hope yall can get it together because today was one of the worst experiences I've had with any restaurant ever!
