I would love to change this review if and when the issue is solved. I came in last night on my 30 min lunch break for the number 5. Upon open my burger and taking a bite, I realized everything was there but the meat patty. I can’t imagine how you even got two slices of cheese and veg on there but no burger meat. It would have been fine had the manager on duty not spoke to me like I’m an idiot when I called. He expected me to keep the messed up burger and receipt until the next day. That’s ridiculous. You can have the receipt because I know you can pull video footage. I’m not saving that food over night. That was a really ridiculous request. No one’s trying to scam you out of fast food so quit assuming your customers are trying to get one over on you. Super bad for business and it looks really weird. Seems like methy situation. Pun intended. Wish I could post a pic. I still want my money back just for principal at this point. I’ll be in today with my receipt.

Typical fast food restaurant. Food was hot but that's about all of the positive I have. Ordered our food online for pickup. The Frisco sandwich bread was stale, had to be a few days old because it was not good, ended up throwing the bread away. They were out of Dr. Pepper (which is what was ordered). Just set your expectations low and you might not be disappointed.

Waited 10 min to order to get what seemed like 3 day old leftovers and a flat drink don't think it could be much worse for fast food.
We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru never got my food and went inside they gave me the wrong sodas asked for regular coke not diet coke I asked for my money back and to cancel my order and the guy said I can give you your money back for the drinks but not the food and never made my food either. and stole my money too

When to Hardee’s today for lunch and had a great service experience. The Cashier Sheela was quick and knowledgeable when I gave her my order. She spoke to me with respectfully and professionally.Even when I asked for some apple turnover she had made some for me and my friend fresh so they were hot and fresh. Waited 30 min in line for food. Prime rib breakfast sandwich still listed but they didn’t have. Food was Luke warm at best. At least 5 cars (customers) behind me left as I sat at speaker. This is the 3rd time in a row first two times I left! Horrible service!

Every time I come through to get the 10 chicken strips for $7.99 after 2pm the employees tell me the chicken is frozen and refuse to make the strips. This is ridiculous.
