We called in an order for pick up When got home the pizzas were over done and darker than ever, the bread bites were burnt and dried also. The gooey butter cake was delicious! I dont mains Passing over $60 but I expect quality and this was terrible! Very disappointed🤬

The food and employees at the festus location are great but please fix your online ordering!!! It never works on the computer so I tried it on the phone. Same problem. The order doesn't go through but it charges your bank account every time you hit submit. I can't get any of my rewards points because I always wind up having to call and place my order.

Well, if you can get past the absolute garbage customer service, you’re still gonna be disappointed with the food. Horrible workers. Wilted lettuce, very little meat on chef salad overcooked pizza. The list goes on and on. This place gives IMO’s reputation a real hard hit. It’s been a while since I have been here but what the heck has happened???

I ordered a pizza to go and when I got home it was wrong. Not only did they make me a new pizza but they delivered it to my house 10 miles south of festus and they were there in 15 minutes 10/10

Imos needs to do better first I ordered a roast beef sandwich it was so dry I really couldn't eat it just thought you all were having a bad day ,but two weeks later ,yesterday I ordered a pizza I was so looking forward to my pizza as I always thought it was the best but I was so disappointed it was so dry like maybe they forgot the sauce I don't know if I could afford to take another chance since your prices are high and take a gamble to see if it's better .Imos do better

We ordered a pizza to go, sausage, mushroom, bacon, extra cheese and extra crispy! Delicious. My husband grew up in South St. Louis and Imo's is his favorite, crispy crust and provel cheese! We have learned to order it extra crispy, otherwise they are not baking it long enough!
