$28 for 2 meals, a 20 min wait in the restaurant, and the food comes out cold. I sent it back and the fries were cold again, one sandwich was hot, the other was ok. We were the only customers inside.

I won't eat here again.

Had problems with my driver on food. But service was fantastic. Spoke over speaker. Pointed where to park.. ordered on app.. they brought it out. Friendly staff.

45 minutes from the drive thru until we had our food. If this place was any slower, it'd be dead. Weren't even apologetic for the extremely long wait time. Will NEVER return

Sat waiting for 10 minutes at the drive thru window while they had no customers. Noone came to talk to me in all that time and I could see the fat blonde lady working on her phone while I was unattended. Finally she answered the window and my simple order of 2 items was wrong.

Bruh I’ve never had a shake from jack in the box before and it came with THREE cherries 🍒 on top, it’s so dang good and man I feel loved. My boyfriend said his root beer is also smackin’, which is nice because we all know sometimes fountain sodas just ain’t hitting right. XOXO 💋

Tried ordering in the drive thru multiple times. Either they couldn't hear me or they headset cut out or they added an item i didn't even say them go silent up to the point I got fed up and drove off

The place is filthy DISGUSTING!! The manager refused to give me more than 2 sauce packets and the food was old and cold. Save your time and money and go to one of the other 20+ fast food places in Festus.

Ordered chicken pita...waited 20 min to only find out they were out of chicken .then had to wait for management to show up for refund..so I just picked something else waited 10 more min only to be served some old cold fries and onion rings and got a dry burger ...terrible food spent about 30.00 for this crap

Pulled up to order and woman on headset was very rude when we pulled up and asked for a moment so i could clarify the order i was about to place. Noone in line at this time, she replies ok well ill be back theres only 2 of us. Ok so sorry... but when my daughter had asked what was on the sandwich she was ordering and was telling what she didn't want on it, then she rudely ssid well it don't have that... ok cool whatever been busy tired I get it. Pull around to window. 1 person inside noone behind me. Please pull forward. Ok whatever. 15 min later half order is great the other half is missing or cold. Missing 6 tacos and the regular fries were cold. Once again pull forward. My car was tboned so I gotta open and close my door to get the order and have to slam to close it all the way and she wants to yell knock it off after she done slammed the window in face. Respectfully got out of the car walked inside and asked for corporate number at the end of the counter. You need to step back. Well first off I wasn't asking her I was asking the gentleman that was working with you. Asked again for corporate number. Which her reply was we don't have it you're gonna have to look it up like everyone else.... like everyone else huh apparently she's done had that complaint a few times. But the kicker is now wants to tell me to exit her store and I'm banned. Cool your store is trash anyway good day queen B!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! We continue to purchase food from here since it's one place that a family of 5 agrees on. They continue to screw up our orders and take too long in the drive thru. I'm not normally one to complain but this is one too many times.

They were intentionally holding up the drive thru on thanksgiving. Probably because they didn’t want to be there but they wanted to get paid…just close on holidays, simple.
