Abysmal service. I used to have a sandwich waiting on the counter by the time I paid for it and there was only one person making the sandwiches. Now there are three people making the sandwiches and a line of customers waiting 5 minutes for cold cut sandwiches. Why? I ask for sweetener from the young woman who’s wrapping sandwiches. “No”. That was it. I go to the register, where I’m told they don’t carry sweetener or sugar anymore. Just pick sweet or unsweetened tea. I finally get my 2 sandwiches (with rock hard bread), and ask the same young woman for a bag. She responded, “just take whatever you need. It’s right there”. Seriously? I hate to interrupt your standing there and waiting to wrap a sandwich. I guess I’ll just bag my own food to leave with.

I bought a gargantuan the other day and it seems like it comes with about half the meat that it used to? Just seems like a complete rip off now. How can a sandwich with every topping be so small? Guess I'm done with Jimmy Johns lol

Im so disappointed.... My daughter asked for turkey and they gave her ham. I brought it to their attention they asked for the sandwich back and they it in the trash. Really??? A perfectly good sandwich in the trash!! Do you realize there are people that can't afford food and would have loved that perfectly good sandwich. My daughter just doesn't like ham. I would have donated the sandwich. Its wrong to just throw perfectly good food away.

I get sandwichs a lot for contractors and they are ALWAYS rude and unpleasant. I suggest going to Arnold they got above and beyond to be thankful and helpful.

I’ve been to this location too many times over the last few years, trying so hard to give it the benefit of the doubt because I really love Jimmy Johns but this location just can’t get it right. I consistently feel like I’m being robbed every time I order from here whether it’s pick up, carry out, or I’m dining in! I guess I will just drive to Arnold from now on when I’m craving a good sandwich because honestly I can’t get myself to spend this amount of money on another loaf of bread with almost nothing else on it. You’re very lucky to find someone who works here that can make a sandwich the correct way. Also, if you say anything about it you’re looked at like an idiot so I’ll not be a paying customer any longer at this location…
