I got a club lulu. They forgot my bacon and the sandwich is soggy. Not the first time this place has failed me. Very upsetting experience.
The sandwiches are over priced as is the delivery. Seven bucks to deliver 2 small sandwiches just up the street!Staff rude and dismissive when customers placing orders. It's a sub shop not a fancy bistro so drop the attitude. An order of two small sandwiches and sides topped $40. Skip this place and order from a local sub shop or Subway

We ordered our food and paid in the drive thru. After that we we're told it was going to be 15 mins until the chicken for my meal would be thawed. So we agreed to 15 mins and pulled in the parking lot. Over 15 mins went by I called they said our sandwiches were being made. 15 more mins passed we went inside to get our food even though they said they would bring it out. Everyone seemed to be having an "off" day there. And before we left they were out of thawed chicken again... 0/10 do not recommend.Update there's no chicken even on my sandwich
