While in the drive-thru, Was asked to wait for 5 minutes for a 2-piece chicken strip kids meal and to pull ahead. Waited for 15 minutes with other food in the car as well as my 4 year old child. Multiple cars were getting their food and big bags of it. I pulled to the front door and walked in. The girl was walking out the other door and I yelled for her. She didn’t hear me and kept walking. I went back to my car. The girl with a small bag came back inside and the girl at the counter was pointing to me and the car telling her -‘she’s right there’. The 1st girl tossed my bag on the counter and walked away. The two girls then continued to work as normal. 10 more minutes went by and I went back in again. The counter girl handed me the bag that sat on the counter for the last 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe neither one brought the bag out to me. Then when I said the needed to give me new food, the counter girl refused, the other girl wouldn’t even turn around to look at me and another more older girl came up front and just said, what do you need. I told her what went on and she just went in the back and brought back the child’s meal. Never apologized- this place is a a joke! Will never go back!

Waited for 38 minutes for my food after having placed a mobile order in advance, they stated they had a fryer that was down, but continue to prioritize drive-through for all food. I asked for my money back I was told that I needed to call an 800 number and wait on hold until they answered after having already waited for over half an hour. The short woman with a bull dyke Hair Cut really sucks at her job, continue to offer only apologies. would give zero stars if possible!!!

We picked up our online order at 6:30 p.m.
The original chicken is bland, dry, and room temperature at best. I'm always worried about eating it. Salmonella isn't fun ?
The mashed potatoes are clearly fake and tastes as such. The gravy is not what it used to be. The mac 'n cheese taste awful and lacks any seasoning. The biscuits were hard and oddly enough... crumbly.
On the plus side one person said their chicken sandwich and fries tasted "decent" and the Korean BBQ clearly had a decent amount of gochujang in it. The rest of it... ?
She made a good point when she said, "It feels like they put all of their energy into the sandwiches" when she tried a piece of the bucket chicken and subsequently spit it out.
I HATE leaving bad reviews like this, but management or the franchise owner need to step up on the quality control.
This isn't the first time this has happened. A few trips prior and even once being refunded by corporate customer service for an entire meal because it was THAT bad.
We've given all the opportunities we can at this point and as a result, we will not be back.
With all of that said, I truly hope the right person reads this, fixes the issues, and make the best chicken of any KFC. I want to see you all make it. Good luck ?

Everything clean, very quiet. The cashiers are super friendly and attentive, all the workers serve you very kindly.
I had to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for my food. I went in to use the bathroom and found out they forgot about me! And then I didn’t even get all of my food! And no one apologized for the delay!
