I had the most embarrassing experience at mcds in festus. Brought a cheeseburger back because it was hard as a Rock. I was eating without my teeth because it's soft & easy to eat. when I brought it back asking to remake it after taking 2 bites out of it the manager opened it laughed out loud histarically & said after you've eaten this much of it ???! (Mind you it was 2 bites over half was still there) then I explained yes I am eating it without my teeth cause my dentures are hurting me. She then doesn't even respond laughs even louder and screams another managers name while walking off with the burger in hand. I was so embarrassed people were staring so I went back to my seat without an answer as to whether or not she will remake it.
I reported her to corporate that was so unnecessary unacceptable & disrespectful just flat out embarrassing how dare she treat me like that. Corporate owners took my number email and address. I haven't heard anything since. Not that I expect anything but they were supposed to send me coupons or something. Never received anything. I will update this post as the situation continues.

Had my 11 year old try to call the restaurant because we ordered a 6 piece. They told him to come back through for a replacement. A 11 year old? Thanks Chris. So since you cooks can’t count to 6. And you didn’t want to refund anything off the order. I figured I’d leave a review for the manager Chris so he didn’t forget. One promised meal. Any meal. See you soon.

They got our order wrong 3 times in a row... My wife ordered a Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel. Substitute Muffin and no egg. Two times they gave us sausage instead of steak. The third time4 there was no steak but no sauce or onions... ?We gave up....

Probably the most consistent worst mcdonalds i’ve ever went to, everytime i go to this mcdonalds my fries are always hard and warm, seems like they’re old fries redropped in the fryer then just dumped in a cup.
