I brought my the kids in for lunch to eat. The staff was friendly and did was fast. They delivered the food to my table. The food was really good and hot. It actually looked like the pictures on the menu.

Came in to sit and eat this evening and a group of teenagers (who made sure people knew they were 18) harassing a (supposedly 17 or old employee) and blocking one entrance and the bathrooms. We were there for a good while eating and not a single member of staff made these kids break it up, take it somewhere else or just step in in general. There were younger children in the dining room watching and listening. Not one staff member did anything. Just watched and shook their heads.

I ordered food on the app. My son went to pick it up at the counter. They WOULD NOT prepare the food. They told him it had to be ordered curbside, even though he was going to eat in store. He was NOT driving. He had walked there. This happened on 2 seperate occasions. I dont understand what the problem was. VERY POOR customer service. After calling the store to see why they wouldnt prepare the food, the lady I spoke to said I had to change it to curbside. Once you have placed the order on the app, it DOES NOT give you the option to change from counter to curbside, which as I stated he was NOT driving. I will not order from there again. I have deleted my app and will share my experiance with everyone I know. Do better, this whole ordeal was nonsense.
Pretty consistently competent and friendly. As for the food, it's Mc Donald's.

I just recently brought my family out to lunch at the McDonald’s in crystal city and had the worst experience!!! I live right down the road and come here almost every day. The manager with glasses on is always very negative and has a horrible attitude!!! She very much hates her job and hates being here. I ask for new chicken nuggets because when I received the ones I originally ordered they were so soggy I couldn’t eat them. I asked her to replace them and she had a horrible attitude and was questioning everything I had to say.. If you don’t like your job, please get a new one. This lady has been being negative and having a horrible attitude for years that I have been coming here. It is not worth the time or money to come here when she is on shift
