Every local McDonalds has broken Kiosks. This one was no different. 2 of the 4 screens were off and the one working had an open receipt door. The one one I used(facing away from counter against playback glass) had no receipt paper. This is the only one I've seen that had an employee stationed at the counter though.

They don't pay their employees well enough and the food keeps getting more expensive. McDonald's basically extorts it's franchise owners for their profits and that trickles down to the employees. If you own a McDonald's franchise and aren't making enough money to make McDonald's corporate happy then you shouldn't pass that down to your employees. If you do that you plain out shouldn't own a McDonald's franchise.
No one wins here and it sucks. Good luck and get better.

This literally happens every time I order from this location. I order the same thing. It's a mess and half the condiments are on the wrapper instead of the sandwich, I was missing onion altogether and the other sandwich I ordered in advance so i could grab it while trying to pick up food with my doordash order, was soo messy with ketchup all over the burger on the outside, that I took that one and had them remake it. When I went to eat that one it was also missing onions entirely! I was hungry from dashing for the previous 5 hours and once I got the order for my doordash customer I couldn't just turn back around and go back in because I had to deliver the food. I'd rather have quality over speed. I hate to see what my doordash customer's food must look like.
