I find it totally and completely amazing, that they're being paid so much money to work there, yet they don't have the customer service skills enough to say the two simple words that would mean so much. I even think this may of been the first location west of the Mississippi to roll them out sooner than expected so kudos for that.BRING BACK THE STEAK EGG AND CHEESE BAGELS PLEASE. ONLY THEN WILL YOU RECEIVE ALL YOUR STARS.
I went to the curbside for spicy chicken sandwich, and it took 15 minutes to get my order! That's ridiculous

This one has a neat play place for the kids, but it was freezing cold in there today (and the temp outside was 40°). And I always forget that they have their soda machine behind the counter along with the ketchup and anything else you may need. And they are always slammed, so getting someone to help get refills on drinks or condiments is just not ideal.
