While on the phone with my husband I had him order the bowl of sweet fire chicken and asked he for extra sauce and when my husband brought it home, there’s no sauce whatsoever on it. It’s very dry. I’ts not very tasty. This was the worst food I ever got from Panda. I forced myself to eat it only because I was hungry. It was extremely dry and difficult to eat. A HUGE waste of money!

When this place first opened in town I raved how good the food and service was. That has drastically changed in the last 6 months. Everytime I order food now, they are either out of something, give you the wrong food, or eliminate things in your order entirely. Tonight it took them three different times to get the order right. If they don't fix their poor services, it's just gonna end up as another place out of business.

Love the food but ordering through the AI Bot sucked. It kept talking over me telling me to continue ordering. When we got to the window, the order was incorrect. Not a good move.

Food is pretty good, big serving sizes.The crab ragoon is terrible.Service has always been great.Everyone is positive too many windows in the dining room.You can't keep that place cool in the summer.

I know fast food Asian is odd but they keep the buffet stoked and hot all day and when. They say the food is hoy nevermind they are the worst when it comes to service stay away unless you want your food cold and dry
