Food was good, service was... weird. We placed a to go order; our order tracking wouldn't work on my phone for some reason. We happened to be going by the location and figured we'd ask if it was ready yet. They told us no, so we said we would park and wait. The person who gave us our food started a whole unnecessary conversation about how we HAVE to call ahead if we want our order early and that whoever the supervisor or manager was told him to reiterate that to us. When I told him we didn't mean to rush them and just wanted to check the status of our order he just kept repeating himself, and it felt like we were getting in trouble or being chastised for something that was a misunderstanding.

By for the worst experience I have ever had there. First the cook comes to DU window to tell me they don't have enough of the food for my order BTW it wasn't even my order. I wait longer and still no food then the young man who took my order comes up and says my order of something will be right up. Which is not even my order it's what the cook was talking about. So I tell him thats not my order and he ask what I ordered so I told him and he said he can't find my ticket so give him my receipt. I tell him I'll just get a refund so he goes and gets his manager. I don't even want to start on her. She said my food is up and hands me the bag. So I drive a way and check it. Guess What NOT MY ORDER!! So I take it in in and she is even ruder and says well were busy. I told he just to refund my money. I never ever give 1 star reviews but I'm so mad right now. I wasted my my whole lunch period and have no food.

I love every single human at Panda Express. I wish I could marry you all. Especially the ones who make this orange chicken and fried rice. You all deserve a phenomenal raise and I love you all so terribly bad. Panda never fails me and again I just love everyone who works there. Specifically tonight, this chicken? HITTTITINNNNN?!?? And this fried rice? The best I’ve ever had they loaded this MUG UPPP with veggies and it tastes so yum. Merry Christmas!
