It's incredibly frustrating with how often this location specifically messes up in order or has crazy wait times period it took me all of twenty five minutes to get my food just now.And I only had three people ahead of me. I promise you I will never come back.And I will go to schnooks instead if I need lunch that day. I'm going to implore all my coworkers to do the same.

Got my sip club drink and someone took it while I was away for a few minutes at least they made me a new one and got grilled cheese and tomato soup value meal for 7.64 with tax they were all nice in there only thing that not been working right is do after I think 5 visits get a pastry for 2 bucks plus has not been right for probably closer to a week or more it keeps saying one more visit the last at least 3-4 times we been there and week before it was stuck on 2 more visits for 3-4 times now I do like my brownie on sale lol who would not unless u don't like chocolate in some form

Went though the drive thru, Ordered chicken and rice soup, received macaroni and cheese. Lettuce in my salad had brown spots, asked for extra dressing, didn’t receive it. This location frequently gets orders wrong. Even the ticket on my bag says “ordered check” with someone’s initials, it obviously wasn’t checked. Wish we had another option like a McCallister’s in the area.

I had breakfast there yesterday and got coffee today. The breakfast was great,..had an avocado and egg white sandwhich that was really good. The service was great, as always, and really enjoyed the visit with friends as we ate together.

This review is for the friendliness of this particular location. I travel across the country, taking adopted dogs to their new homes. Oftentimes, when it's time to rest, I'll stop at Starbucks,Panera Bread , and Crackerbarrel. Set my alarm to be up before they open and then purchase my breakfast. This was the first and only place to actually call the cops on me. No one came out to talk to me .Just straight to the police. I was already up and loading my things when they arrived. I understand its a private business, and I respect that, which is why I always am packed to leave before they actually open. I dont know what has happened to kindness . But damn Panera , this location needs it. Last time I stop here and spend my money. Other than that im sure the food was good.

You guys have been doing nothing to fix the bad feed back. Yall really just slop some things together. If I’m there getting breakfast at 8 AM, I don’t want my avocado toast literally thrown together. It happens every time I customize that avocado toast. Don’t have customizable options if it just annoys your cooks because that’s clearly the case. I’m calling you out on it. I ordered it a few time customized and a couple times not. If I had anything that wasn’t originally there, it is the worst job I’ve ever seen. Besides cutting a bagel, I bet that’s one of your easiest task is throwing together some toast. I mean honestly. Take some pride.

whoever brandon is does not need to be working there anymore. not only was he rude and unprofessional, he completely ignored many things i had asked for and even made it point to let me know he didn’t care. just ruined the experience for me and i will not be returning.
