This review is for the friendliness of this particular location. I travel across the country, taking adopted dogs to their new homes. Oftentimes, when it's time to rest, I'll stop at Starbucks,Panera Bread , and Crackerbarrel. Set my alarm to be up before they open and then purchase my breakfast. This was the first and only place to actually call the cops on me. No one came out to talk to me .Just straight to the police. I was already up and loading my things when they arrived. I understand its a private business, and I respect that, which is why I always am packed to leave before they actually open. I dont know what has happened to kindness . But damn Panera , this location needs it. Last time I stop here and spend my money. Other than that im sure the food was good.

You guys have been doing nothing to fix the bad feed back. Yall really just slop some things together. If I’m there getting breakfast at 8 AM, I don’t want my avocado toast literally thrown together. It happens every time I customize that avocado toast. Don’t have customizable options if it just annoys your cooks because that’s clearly the case. I’m calling you out on it. I ordered it a few time customized and a couple times not. If I had anything that wasn’t originally there, it is the worst job I’ve ever seen. Besides cutting a bagel, I bet that’s one of your easiest task is throwing together some toast. I mean honestly. Take some pride.

whoever brandon is does not need to be working there anymore. not only was he rude and unprofessional, he completely ignored many things i had asked for and even made it point to let me know he didn’t care. just ruined the experience for me and i will not be returning.

I ordered French onion soup and a coffee. The coffee dispenser was gone. I decided to have hot tea with cream. The water was luke warm and the cream pitcher was empty. My soup was luke warm and the bowl half full. My daughter got a high chair for her baby and it and the other high chairs had food on them. An employee came to clean off a table with a used high chair and stacked the chair without cleaning it off. What is going on with this business? I'm disgusted with the uncaring attitude! I guess the mentality is you are the only choice for casual fast food in Festus so don't be concerned about the customers. Such a disappointing experience!

Loved the fromage on crossaint toast. Salad was also amazing. Staff was friendly and there is outdoor seating which was nice.

We arrived at 8 ish pm and it seemed like the employees were a quarter focused on food and the rest on cleaning up for the night. The place felt disheveled with vacuuming going on. We got our food and it was the usual fare for St Louis Bread Co, overpriced and clean? Normally, I don't have any issues except for reading the menu, but my wife got food poisoning on a turkey sandwich and that was three days of our vacation shot. You'll probably have a better experience if you're not there near closing time. Maybe we caught them on a bad night during the holidays when they wanted to be home with their families.

Got lucky and went thru the drive thru quickly. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a cinnamon bagel. 1 cup of ice water. The food was good, average portion not small, not big. $22 Not inexpensive by any means. Decent for the price, slightly on the expensive side IMHO. Wife likes it here, me not as much. I'd have to say we recommend it but bring extra money. MVP

This is one of the better Paneras. But as a company, standards have fallen. Dropping the regular sourdough bread loaf during sourdough bread craz shows how out of touch the leadership is at this company.

I used to love this place until it went down the drain. The food used to be really good. It used to feel like I wasn't wasting money on buying myself a good sandwhich. Over time the ingredients have gotten worse and worse. Why overpay for a bad sandwhich?
Anyway I loved the super caffeinated tea drinks those were good.
The service here is good but they don't pay their employees enough. You'd think they would with how expansive their food is.
