Keeping It real

What a disappointment! I wish there was a high-end, nice restaurant in Jeffco! I ate here for my last time. The waitress should have been in a biker bar. The food was not great. My medium rare steak was nearly well done.

I won't be back. I hope a great high end restaurant comes down to Jeffco, it would put this place out if business!

My husband and I came for our anniversary. The food was excellent the tutti de mare was so good. My husband ordered the bone in ribeye large portion he said it was cooked perfectly. We ordered the blueberry cheesecake for dessert not disappointed at all. We will definitely be back again.

We called ahead for a 6:30 PM reservation for two guests. We arrived at 6:32 and were seated promptly. We placed our order with Tracy, who served us on a previous visit and was very friendly and pleasant. We received our cocktails and appetizer within just a few minutes. We waited patiently, waited more, and waited even more. At 8:15 PM we still did not have our meals. After waiting 1.5 hours and still no meal, we told Tracy that we would be leaving and to please bring us a bill for what we had already consumed. The bartender asked if we enjoyed our meals. And we responded that we didn’t receive any meals. She responded that she hoped we would “give us another chance”. We understand that there was a large group in the back room at the time we were there. Large groups can be time consuming and difficult to handle. HOWEVER, we were never told that there might be a long wait. We were not told when the reservation was made, when we arrived, when we placed our order, or when we received our appetizer. Management should know how many guests your restaurant can accommodate. And if guests cannot be accommodated, they should be told this in advance. At the very least, you should have asked me to make my reservation for a different time. We would have gladly accommodated this request! Unfortunately, we doubt if we will ever give this establishment another chance. Our first experience there a couple of months ago was fantastic. This time was shameful. Tracy was great, by the way. Thank you for your time, Tracy.

Great food; bring a jacket; ask how much before ordering a special. Be prepared for a ridiculous price on a “special” without knowing it’s $60ish more to add a lobster tail to a filet dish. I doubt it was flown in fresh from South Africa. No lobster is worth $60. Staff was unaccomodating and seemed unhappy. We hadn’t been in years and wondered why it was dead on a Friday night. Food was great other than the risotto, but it took forever and the dining room was ice cold. Don’t forget your parka like I did - in August. I wouldn’t be writing this, but I left a voicemail the next day after thinking it had to be a mistake. No special is going to be $103 and not mentioned, right? The filets alone were about $35-43 depending on the size. Anyway, nobody called back. I called later and the manager said, “Yeah, that’s market price; the owner is aware of your call,” and I have not heard from them. The whole attitude was kind of lousy. I hope they fix it, get some decent staff who don’t seem burned out and entitled. I’m happy to spend money for a meal, but being tricked into it is offensive.

First time here. We went with our neighbors who recommended it & wasn’t disappointed. Our server, Dawn, was attentive in every detail. We had made reservations the day before. Our table was set up with plates, dinnerware & glasses of ice water. Sorry I didn’t take pictures, but our steaks & scallops were cooked to perfection. A couple of if us had the Expresso martini’s & the four of us shared a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Definitely will try to come back once a month.

What a great filet! 1st time eating here but it won't be the last. The salad was very fresh and the blue cheese dressing was very good. The creamed spinach was delicious. The filet was almost over cooked for my liking but it was still very tender and seasoned well. The Chocolate cake was good but was a little dry. I will definitely be back.

We had a party of 10 at Petit Paree and although a good majority of the dishes we ordered were very good, the service was less than subpar. Glasses were left empty for long periods, had to flag down service multiple times, etc. What makes it worse is that there was an automatic 20% gratuity added to our bills. It was like rubbing our faces in bad service. The prices are steep here, very similar to any high quality steakhouse, and for these prices you expect all the little things be good as well, if not perfect. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.
