I ordered a build your own quesadilla and it was supposed to be just cheese and chicken and it is way to spicy for me to even eat and now your closed and I can't reorder or talk to anyone to make it correct

I've been here multiple times and this is by far the worst Qdoba I've been to. Portions are terribly small, which is weird because all other locations I have been to are always generous with their portions. The staff here will give you half a spoonful of something and look at you like your crazy if you ask for more. The rice is always hard and food is not fresh. This location needs to step up their game if they want to stay open. Staff is always unfriendly and bothered by anything you ask for.

Well…there was hardly no lettuce in my salad the tomato’s in the pico was extremely mushy and had a slight smell, definitely expired. The chicken had no sear on it and tasted boiled, not to mention it was more fat than meat. I paid 15 dollars for it and couldn’t eat it . All of the condiments in the table are mixed together. I asked for 5 ingredients. But I got corn, pinto beans, and chicken as an addition even though I didn’t want them.
I usually like qdoba, and I live in the area but it was my first time coming to this one. I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed and I won’t be coming back to this location

This location always shorts you on ingredients. Today i decided to say something about it.(in a nice way). The spoon of steak was less than half of what you would get at other locations. Im not one to normally complain or leave bad reviews, but the young girl behind the counter was completely out of line and rude. When they finished my burrito it was barely bigger than one you would get at taco bell. I work in Festus and was eating here at least once a week. Today was the last day this location gets any of my money.

Love coming to this location for my office caterings! The general manager Amber reached out to us and gave us catering coupons and we've been hooked ever since. The delivery driver Holly is also always so pleasant and I love that she calls the day before to make sure we don't need to add anything. If I could give a higher rating I would!
