Had a great experience salad bar was fresh if something was out they filled it post haste. Marie was the bar tender / waitress. She was personable and busy. This was the best ruby Tuesday that I’ve been to in 6 years. Highly recommend!!

Typical RT fare. Downsized the garden bar considerably.
On this particular trip, found a long, blonde hair in the bottom layer of my salad mix. Staff replaced the entire mix, and I continued on with my lunch.
The women's bathroom is gross, and definitely needs an overhaul.
Probably won't be back for a multitude of reasons.

Food was wonderful. We came at noon and it was dead. We were the only people in there with 3 people in the front just standing around. I used the restroom and every stall was disgusting. With it being dead and only noon that leads me to believe they haven’t cleaned the facilities since at least the day before. Restroom cleanliness would be -1 star.

Host was not professional, food took at least 25 minutes or longer, ordered water, drinks had very little ice and not cold. Chicken overcooked.
I haven't been into Ruby's in a while, (Festus, Mo) but John Sadler and his bartender were phenomenal thia evening! My wife and I came in after a funeral for a cocktail and an app. We ended up getting entrees and staying longer than expected. Needless to say when we need a distraction from life. John and Christina were there. Will be returning as long as they're both there!

The food was delicious and came out quickly. The salad bar was well stocked and nice and cold. Mindy was my waitress and let me tell you how fantastic she was. She knew even before I asked for something. I jave never experienced that type of service anywhere else. I wasn't even finished yet with my soda, but was thinking next time I see her I'll ask for a refill. I look up and she is already heading towards me with a refill. I told her I would need a to go box for my steak. As she left, I thought shoot I should have asked for a to go cup for my soda. Look up and not only is she coming to me with a to go box BUT ALSO A TO GO CUP! The service was fantastic all the way around. I will definitely be back.

Saturday 8/16/25 Our experience was perfect from our very friendly greeting at the door, to our exceptional waitress, Mindy.. she made us feel welcome, was knowledgeable and took very good care of us. Our dinner and dessert was presented to us in a timely manner and was so very good! Such a great night!🙂
