Sunday night and the place was empty. Large party came in after me and got seated before me. Ordered NY strip steak (medium) and shrimp, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Steak was way over cooked (almost not pink at all anywhere) shrimp wasn't good (but, it's the medwest and ordering seafood lol) mashed potatoes tasted almost like box potatoes. The coleslaw was good. Waitress was on point for the most part. But tbh for a $40+ meal that was mediocre at best....I don't think I'll be returning. The sign outside said "New Management" so obviously they have had problems for some time. Finding good help is hard and I'm sure especially hard finding good cooks. Maybe find 10 items the cooks are really really good at making, and only serve those. đ€

Sat for over 1.5 hours before getting our food. Some of the servers acted like they didnât even like their jobs. 10/10 will probably never come back again. Their âbusyâ wasnât all that busy. Food was okâish. Wasnât worth paying for though.

Food was good, service as well. But it was colder inside than outside. And I believe it was low 30s out. The bathrooms were a mess, lots of improvements and cleaning needed in bathrooms. Looked worse than gas station ones. Sorry, but that was my experience.

Spent $85 on doordash to get two meals, two appetizers, and a dessert. Did not get our drinks, didnât receive a meal, and got the wrong dessert. I called to speak to a manager twice who hung up on me.

Salad bar is great. Service was great. I got the salmon which was great. My husband got the steak and ribs. His ribs were really good but the steak was thin. He said the flavor was good it was just thin. We had a coupon for a free entree which made it worth it but without the coupon I'm not sure our meals were worth $70. All in all, I would still come back for the salad bar and acheaper entree.

We ordered the burgers on special that came with the salad bar. The burgers came with 2 inch thick buns. The hamburger was so flat and thin. It felt like I was eating all bread. Our waitress did a good job of keeping our drinks refilled. For a Thursday night the place was mostly empty except for the bar area.

The service by Linda and food was great, very tasty!! The only issue I have is itâs always cold in here. I have to dress warmer to come, I had my winter coat on almost the whole time. Itâs not enjoyable when youâre cold. I talked to the manager Tony and he said itâs an issue with the A/C HVAC (itâs cold in the summer too) and that heâs put in a request to have it looked at but apparently itâs taking forever for someone to get here.

It has been a long time since we went to Ruby's. We saw a sign that it was under new management, so we thought we would try it out. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. The men's restroom was terrible. My food, Cajun chicken pasta, came out cold and solidified. It should also be renamed pasta topped with Cajun chicken. My husband gets to the endless soup and salad. His potatoe soup was delivered and it took was hard and crusty. He asked for a refill and our server said the kitchen was slammed and she wasn't sure how long it would take and wanted to know if we wanted to wait for it. I ordered a beer and it took at least 10 minutes for delivery. When it made it to the table there was not a single bubble in the glass and it was warm. Our server never refilled our drinks. Finally, we asked a manager for refills. BTW the restaurant was not packed!

The host was busy talking to a table close to the door and took 4-5 minutes to acknowledge we were standing practically behind him. There were only 2 tables taken., it wasn't busy. Our waitress was excellent. Our food was mixed on each other's plates. The food quality was great. The salad bar never disappoints.
