Food was wonderful. We came at noon and it was dead. We were the only people in there with 3 people in the front just standing around. I used the restroom and every stall was disgusting. With it being dead and only noon that leads me to believe they haven’t cleaned the facilities since at least the day before. Restroom cleanliness would be -1 star.

I haven't been into Ruby's in a while, (Festus, Mo) but John Sadler and his bartender were phenomenal thia evening! My wife and I came in after a funeral for a cocktail and an app. We ended up getting entrees and staying longer than expected. Needless to say when we need a distraction from life. John and Christina were there. Will be returning as long as they're both there!

The food was delicious and came out quickly. The salad bar was well stocked and nice and cold. Mindy was my waitress and let me tell you how fantastic she was. She knew even before I asked for something. I jave never experienced that type of service anywhere else. I wasn't even finished yet with my soda, but was thinking next time I see her I'll ask for a refill. I look up and she is already heading towards me with a refill.
