The first time I went here 5-6 months or so ago it was amazing. The second time I went my husbands food was cold, they were out of chicken, and the service was slow. Looked like only one server and he was very frustrated as it was super busy. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I tried it again last night. We had a reservation for 8 people at 6pm. Again, only one server. We waited a little over twenty minutes to even get to order our drinks and appetizers. When we asked for a drink off the drink menu they handed us we were told they were too busy to make a cocktail. Ok. When the drinks came only five of the people got theirs and I had to ask the waiter for the rest of the three 15 more minutes after that. Mind you we still had not ordered our entrees at this point and had been there 40-45 mins. When our appetizers came out only three of the four came out and when I asked about the fourth I was told sorry we ran out of those. Then I asked to order our dinner and he said oh I didn't realize you hadn't. Sorry. I tried to order the shaking beef and was told they were out of that. So twice now they have been out of food. Chicken and beef. The service was really bad. My food came out 20 mins after everyone else's. I'm super disappointed as I really loved this place the first time but the other two times were really bad. Wished it was like the first time I went.

We stopped at Saigon Restaurant on a road trip to Chicago. It was so wonderful, we planned our return trip home to Houston so we could dine there again. Food is top notch and Leslie is an excellent waitress. Houston has many many Vietnamese restaurants and Saigon is better than any of them. Try them when in Festus Missouri!

Our whole experience was exceptional, from our attentive server Brandon to our hot jasmine tea, the delicious appetizer and our entries. There's an elegant hominess about this place. The wait staff are always courteous and friendly. And the food is delicious. They are willing to adjust menu items to meet your dietary or flavor preferred needs. Wonderful place to go!

This place is the best! I’m so happy to have a place in town with food from my home country! It makes my heart happy and belly full! The service is great and all the workers have a smile on their face and know their regulars. And if you’re not, you will be soon! I bring all my friends in to try their food and nothing but good things have been said about this place! I recommend the pho with beef. When I’m not trying something new this is my go-to favorite comfort food. If you come in starving you’ll leave with a full stomach, smile on your face, and a take home container for all the food you sadly couldn’t finish

today i ordered the lunch special bento box and small order of beef pho. both were extremely delicious! once i arrived to pick up my order, which i had already paid for online, i wanted to add on a thai tea. the owner, who was so kind, told me it was a treat for me and gave it to me for no charge. i will definitely be back! thanks for the awesome food and service!

We ordered carryout today. My daughter ordered a noodle bowl and it was good. I had Beef Pho and it was fabulous! In addition we had fried dumplings and Spring Rolls. We will be back!

First time I tried then Vietnamese food it was fantastic great service and both servers were excellent with hospitality and service. I highly recommend great atmosphere fair price good food. Don't miss your chance, anytime in festus.

Amazing place to eat. You can get a lunch meal for pretty cheap and dinner meal for a little more. But even if the prices push you away a little (they aren't bad) then the incredibly welcoming and friendly staff should pull you back in. The atmosphere inside is completely different than anything in the area as well. There isn't a place to eat at like this anywhere nearby. A personal favorite of mine.
