I love Festus Smoothie King . I first experienced this place on a first date 2 years ago. The staff are awesome - they are friendly and give awesome customer service. They will go the extra mile for you. The Food is excellent. I highly recommend Festus Smoothie King.

The big girl in the window with glasses. Didn’t have a clue what was going on didn’t even give me a half my order in the first place. Didn’t give me straws or a bag. Please get better people.I asked for honey instead of coco and didn’t get my order right. Please pay attention people.

My smoothie was over sweetened even though we asked for half “turbinado”. Undrinkable.
Just went to smoothie king in festus today around 2:40 placed an order in the driveup for a chocolate gladiator with peanut butter and bananas, the wait took a long time and then when the guy came to the window he took my card and it was like 3 minutes and I asked if something was wrong and said their card machine wasn't working then a lady came and tried for another 4 minutes to get the card to work. I showed her on my phone that the card works and there is funds on the card and I had no other form of payment on me. All she did was apologize and she cancelled the order. Not that I expect anything but I just feel like that drink was probably going to get dumped out or handed for free to the car waiting behind me because they also waited forever and because their card machine wasn't working I couldn't get my order. I just feel like it was poor customer service and the amount of time wasted in general was already upsetting, I definitely won't be back because of it.

This is my favorite place to go for a drink! They are never super busy and they work fast. The drink sizes are huge which I love, and they give you your moneys worth. Even though it is expensive, it is well worth it. The employees are friendly and hard workers!
