Just went to smoothie king in festus today around 2:40 placed an order in the driveup for a chocolate gladiator with peanut butter and bananas, the wait took a long time and then when the guy came to the window he took my card and it was like 3 minutes and I asked if something was wrong and said their card machine wasn't working then a lady came and tried for another 4 minutes to get the card to work. I showed her on my phone that the card works and there is funds on the card and I had no other form of payment on me. All she did was apologize and she cancelled the order. Not that I expect anything but I just feel like that drink was probably going to get dumped out or handed for free to the car waiting behind me because they also waited forever and because their card machine wasn't working I couldn't get my order. I just feel like it was poor customer service and the amount of time wasted in general was already upsetting, I definitely won't be back because of it.

This is my favorite place to go for a drink! They are never super busy and they work fast. The drink sizes are huge which I love, and they give you your moneys worth. Even though it is expensive, it is well worth it. The employees are friendly and hard workers!

Antonio did an amazing job providing great customer service and customer care. I requested a drink carrier. He made sure it was provided. He also labeled each of the cups so I knew who was who. Talk about fantastic service. I definitely will be back again!

I want to compliment Smoothie King! On 3-22-24 about 10:15am I went to Smoothie King to get my daughter a smoothie. My dog (Kelly)was laying in the front seat. The girl asked me if I wanted a pup cup (I didn’t know what that was, but said sure). What she didn’t know was that Kelly was hit by a car the night before and had internal injuries. We were on the way back to the vet. Kelly would not eat or drink and not doing very well. She tried the pup cup and then ate every bit that was in the cup. Kelly perked up and was actually acting more like herself. I think she was becoming dehydrated. I can’t think you enough it’s just what she needed. Pup cup is a wonderful idea!!! Great employee, I’m so grateful!
