Ordered sonic. Son picked it up. It was 70.89 Food was cold. burgers were missing. Worse take out ever. If I could rate lower than one star I would. Terrible. Didn't even get a receipt to compare to the worse food I'd ever had what we were charged to what we actually got. Bad Bad Bad!! You just ruined what I always look forward to in June. Shark week. Never again!

To the "general manager" that wouldn't honor coupons that were given to our place of business, I think he needs to go back to training. We were handed coupons that they say now they are not honoring now. Even if it was there mistake for giving the coupons out and shouldn't have been the manager should still have honored them - mistake or not. Very poor "management" on their Parr and shame on them.

Stopped by the drive thru for a quick lunch. I was ready to drive off no one answered the speaker for close to 5 minutes and then told me to please hold. No big deal figured they were short staffed. The Cherry lime-aid drink was good, the food fresh & hot. Little pricey but most fast foods places are nowadays. The exterior of the establishment is looking rough & dated, peeling paint etc. Overall good & drink was good.

I have yet to have a good experience. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time is the same as the last visit. I order my food and I wait 15+ minutes. When I reach back out to them over the intercom, they don’t have an order form me. It’s a waste of my time and they don’t even offer to make it right. I don’t even order a meal. I order ice cream.

Went there on November 15 at 5:30, ordered 5 cheeseburgers two with everything, one with everything but no cheese, one cheeseburger cheese only finally cheeseburger with pickles and onions. Repeated the order back as read, got to the window repeated again said it is correct, went home and only three items were correct two not. This is a not an isolated issue. I thought I give you a try after another wrong order. I think one way of getting correct orders is not to come to your restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Dine in car or drive through. Few outside tables to dine at. No inside dining. Also sells bags of crushed ice. (Cool extra)

Over 45 minute wait for 3 meals at a very slow time in the evening. Won’t be coming back to this location and will continue using Gravois bluffs. It’s clear the GM does not have this facility under control based on recent reviews.

If I could post a picture of the hair that was in my Burger when I got my number 3 home to eat it. I would. Not to mention the 20 plus minutes I spent waiting for them to take my order. And the additional 5 minutes for them to take my money. The service gets worse and worse each time I go. I told them not to worry about refunding the order. Because I haven't been there in months. And will not ve going back.
