We were greeted the moment we walked in and from there everything was a positive experience. They called our name and made sure we knew our items were ready. Everyone was very pleasant and the customer service was top notch!

They made it an huge issue that I ordered my drink with light ice. I always order my drinks with light ice everywhere I go but for some strange reason, at this location this time, they told me no, they can’t do that and then argued with me over it. All I asked for was light ice in my drink. I’m done supporting this location, they’re the worst. You either get crappy drinks or crappy customer service. Sometimes it’s both. Everytime we’ve gone through there it’s always a whole different crew, so the consistency and quality is never the same.

This location is trash, The only Starbucks I go to that it never fails, My seven dollar coffee is only halfway full after waiting in line for 15 minutes for it I would literally rather drive to the Arnold Starbucks inside of target then waste my money here again.

A 70-cent upcharge to swap milk for half-and-half in a short cortado (or any any-sized anything) is obscene. 🫰💰I appreciate the staff and service at the Festus Gannon Starbucks location, but with pricing like that, my espresso-drinking days are over.☕🚫

Instead of putting a drink as not in stock or they don’t have stuff to make it. They gave me coconut water. They were out of inclusions and the coloring.

I am a regular and come here 1-2x per week. This location really needs some new baristas or additional training. It is greater likelihood my drink will be made wrong than made correct. I’ve had a situation where they filled the bottom of my cup with whipped cream because they didn’t make the right size latte and today I was given my drink without cold foam. The person working the drive thru never checks for accuracy, just hands it off. After sitting in long drive thru lines, I don’t have time to ask it to be remade. I’ve also had many situations now where I’m asked to give my order again even though it’s a mobile order. What’s the point of mobile ordering then? I hope to see the service improve here soon.
