I wanted it to be good. Placed online order from parking lot. Nobody greets you when you walk in. When somebody finally notices that you're waiting for your online order, they seem confused when you tell them you placed an online order. I ordered a single bacon steak burger and fries. The burger came plain even though I did not order it that way and the fries were cold. First time I tried steak 'n shake in a few years, I guess I'll give it a few more.

Ordered food from here, didn’t receive it all. No one would answer the phone So I couldn’t call and complain To get said item either replaced or refunded. Would not recommend this specific steak ‘n Shake to anyone

Don’t like the ordering through keosk and they ask for tip!! Get your own drink and the food was terrible. There was a quart of grease on my burger. Had to get up to get extra napkins. Bun was stale and hamburger cold. Will not be going back

It's nice and clean and the staff always friendly. Sometimes it's a little crowded but people seem to like it. And the etched glass is beautiful :-)

This store doesn't know what cooked to order means what they like to do is cook burgers set them to the side intill someone orders then they will throw them back on the grill to warm it up barley let the cheese melt and send it on its way fries are always cold if you want a fresh hot meal you legit have to go inside and watch there cooks to make sure there not giving you arealdy made burgers manger tried to argue with me saying it's still cooked fresh no it's not it's pre cooked cooked to order means once I order the meal you throw the burgers on the grill. Not warm up already cooked patty's and say it's fresh

They have face scanning now, as if it couldn't get more inconvenient. They don't serve your table anymore neither. Food is still great but wouldn't go there as a family anymore.

Screwed up our order soda ways overpriced better off going to Dairy Queen and that’s a joke we talked to the manager about our food and she continued to give us attitude

I didn't really care for the new technology where you have to order off a kiosk but that's just because I'm old. I loved that they played Joy FM. The guy that was calling names was an extremely polite and kind young man. The food and shakes were good.
