Through the drive through and ordered a LG fry. Was given cold frys. When I told the cashier she just said I dont know why their cold they shouldn't be and continued to repeat the statement instead of offering to provide warm frys. I know they are just kids but honestly cold frys suck.

They no longer use paper menus and take your order tableside. Instead, you have to place your order via digital kiosk. We USED to be semi-regular customers of Steak & Shake. This will be our last/final visit.

We had been eating at the Festus location for years, but the service got so bad, we quit going.
Had been seeing the ads for the steak tallow fries. Decided to hit the drive thru and give them a try. Couldn't get my order placed without ending up with items I never asked for being repeated back to me. Went to McDonald's instead.

I’m trying to be reasonable…. But when you come for food, and it’s cold, and old, and been sitting out, yet when you order, you’re asked, “what can we make fresh for you” it makes you wish you would’ve went somewhere else. The food was god awful compared to my usual steak and shake experience.
The cook only had 1 glove on and was using the gloved hand for the spacula. The unloved hand was what that handling the raw meat then the cheese for the customers in front of us . When we got home the double cheeseburger that we ordered only had a single patty and no cheese. The fries were cold. This was definitely our last trip here.
