They are fast and fresh and the new dinning room set up is easy to use for drinks though they kind of are a bit stingy with the cups and soda refills reminds of the soup n*zi from Seinfeld. But the food is good and worth the visit. While eating dinner I watched the manager walk around carrying a baby that looked to be about 10 months old behind the counter where food is being cooked. I also watched employees that apparently works here but off today come in in their street cloths walk straight behind counter and hang out by the grill talking with other employees. Just not very family oriented more of a hang out for teenagers. Laughing and joking and manager watching but doing nothing to change it.

So I was actually DoorDashing this particular visit, but the staff were absolutely OUTSTANDING! That would actually be an understatement! They were closed already and still prepared the order for me!
After that they gave me a free drink and my daughter a free shake! Itās the little things! Thank you so much guys!

I wanted it to be good. Placed online order from parking lot. Nobody greets you when you walk in. When somebody finally notices that you're waiting for your online order, they seem confused when you tell them you placed an online order. I ordered a single bacon steak burger and fries. The burger came plain even though I did not order it that way and the fries were cold. First time I tried steak 'n shake in a few years, I guess I'll give it a few more.

Donāt like the ordering through keosk and they ask for tip!! Get your own drink and the food was terrible. There was a quart of grease on my burger. Had to get up to get extra napkins. Bun was stale and hamburger cold. Will not be going back

It's nice and clean and the staff always friendly. Sometimes it's a little crowded but people seem to like it. And the etched glass is beautiful :-)
This store doesn't know what cooked to order means what they like to do is cook burgers set them to the side intill someone orders then they will throw them back on the grill to warm it up barley let the cheese melt and send it on its way fries are always cold if you want a fresh hot meal you legit have to go inside and watch there cooks to make sure there not giving you arealdy made burgers manger tried to argue with me saying it's still cooked fresh no it's not it's pre cooked cooked to order means once I order the meal you throw the burgers on the grill. Not warm up already cooked patty's and say it's fresh
