Vegetarian options: Ask for extra pickles was told they can't do that because they have no way to ring up extra pickles. Mind you that's the only topping I get other than dressing. If your getting a bunch of toppings maybe but that's all I like.
I had asked for olives on my sandwich. Actually two of my sandwiches and on each sandwich was only received anywhere from 6 to 8 olives on each sandwich and when I asked for extra I got told that they are only allowed to do what the policy says. I said I'll pay for extra they said sorry we can't. I will never go back to this location in festus again

The DeSoto store is horribly understaffed. They can not keep up with the online orders and people walking in the front door. If they are understaffed, they need to be able to shut down online orders and just deal with people walking into the store. I like the convenience online orders, but when you place the order and the app says it's ready and you get there and your order hasn't been even started and they have a line of people wanting to order it's kind of frustrating. It's not the employees' fault. The employees are doing their best, but it's gotta be aggravating to them being short staffed. Corporate needs to get involved.

Like always, the sandwich was good, but nothing to write home about. However, I do like the new interior. It’s a lot brighter and up to date. One other thing, they did greet me, when I walked in.

The employees are rude!!! The manager Shannon is horrible and visibly treats them like garbage in front of customers. Also, THEY ARE NEVER OPEN! HOW ARE THEY EVEN STILL A BUSINESS!? I will never recommend this place to anyone it's the worst experience in my life

This place denied service on 420. Said online orders only, but there able to make sandwiches right in front of my face?

Walked in and was asked if we had a online order, not hi welcome to subway or anything. Told the kid we did not have a online order and was instantly ignored and stood there for 10 minutes while the person at the cash register just stared at us. This is the second time this has happened, manager needs to retrain the employees and teach them customer service skills

Immediately, walking in my sister and I were not greeted and the atmosphere was tense. We instantly felt like a problem to the entire. The young lady who started our sandwiches was just downright rude! She kept asking “what do you want” “what does she want”? First of all, she was not at all masking how much didn’t want to be there in her tone of voice, and second, I’m a grown adult perfectly capable of ordering for myself. Shortly after we arrived her friends followed suit, and nearly the entire time we were in there, they had a conversation right over our heads. It was very uncomfortable! Nobody in the store was trying to hide with their faces, or tone of voice, how much they didn’t wanna be there. The young lady previously mentioned was also very rude to a customer with an online order. She had come in to pick up her order, and while she was standing at the counter the girl behind the counter very rudely told her that the order had JUST come and she would just have to wait until the line inside was gone, then before the online order left, the employee stood there, clearly visible, shaking her head, widening, and rolling her eyes. The woman with the online order handled that situation with such grace (I could never). The young lady at the end who checked us out, didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she kept asking if it was our sandwich, but had random bags of chips and drinks on the counter when my sister initially walked up to check out. The overall experience was just terrible. I cannot stress enough how much I will be avoiding this location like the plague.
