Not only has service gone severely down hill, they are continuing to make their employees stand on the corner before the drive through intercom in order to make their times look better. It was raining tonight and there was a kid standing out in the rain taking people’s order! He couldn’t even tap on the screen as it was getting all wet. I didn’t catch his name but he was the only polite one that works there the rest are rude and snarky.

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. They only take 1 or 2 orders at a time. Make you sit in line at the drive through until the drive through is empty. Then they will take 1 or 2 orders. And then you have to sit there until they leave and they'll take another order. It's ridiculous. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes with 4 cars in front of me waiting to order because they can't handle more than 1 or 2 at a time.

Placed a mobile order and didn’t get my food, or a refund! I pulled into the drive thru and tried to get to the speaker but was unable to even get in line because a drunk guy was passed out in his vehicle and cops were trying to wake him up.

Had a mobile order from this Taco Bell. Once in the restaurant, it took about 20 minutes for the food to finish. During this time the staff was joking around a lot and mentioned spitting in someone’s food. I’m assuming as a joke nonetheless off putting. My mobile order was bagged so I didn’t think to check but was missing 3 big items from my 17$ order. Didn’t realize till I got home. Would not recommend this Taco Bell till they get whatever they have wrong sorted out. Went at 8:00 pm on a Monday.

California crunch wrap is my go to breakfast. Cheap and good. By far the best breakfast menu option. Not sure why the price point is so low but just get in on it. PS I hope they change the name because California government sucks.

Toco Bell has gone completely automated. There is little chance for human / service interaction. If you work for Door Dash that may be a good thing. If you're planning on taking your whole family there to dine in it's a terrible mistake. If you like dinning in from a vending machine this is your place.

Food was old and disgusting chalupas hard ass rocks, 10 piece nugget old and gross, 5 Layer burritos"half-assed" probably the worst taco bell I've ever had hands down.

I am writing to express my frustration with the consistently slow service at the Festus, MO Taco Bell location. Recently, I experienced an excessive wait in the drive-thru due to a practice that seems to be artificially manipulating service time metrics rather than prioritizing customer experience.

An employee was stationed before the intercom, taking orders and not allowing cars to move forward. When I asked why, she explained that a timer starts when a car reaches the intercom, so they hold cars back until the previous order is completed. This resulted in a long line stretching into the street, with several customers turning around and leaving.

This system does not improve service, it only makes the wait time worse for customers. I hope corporate will address this issue and ensure a more efficient and customer-friendly experience.

This is not an isolated instance, I consistently wait 30+ minutes for a mobile order. I hope this practice is quickly resolved, and does not continue.

I put in a mobile order was at drive thru to pick it up at 430 sat at drive thru speaker for 15 minutes finally someone came. Then pulled to window sat another 10 minutes. Older lady at window thru my box at and grumbled. This was uncalled for. No smile no thank you no kiss my ass just grumbled. If she doesn’t want to work that on her not me. My box ended up on my floor board. I pecked on window and she would not acknowledge me. So could you please tell her to be nice. I will probably never go here again. I go to all Taco Bell’s this was far the worse experience. My order number was 954157

More and more often I have to turn around and go back for the rest of my order, it's usually a bunch of teens goofing off that are running the place and not paying attention. I really hate giving poor ratings but this establishment sent me over the edge recently.
