Had the sampler with gumbo, jambalaya and red beans and rice as an appetizer Had the smothered fried catfish for my entree and all the food was absolutely flavorful and delicious! The service was fast too not waiting long for our food. Highly recommend!

I visited here today. the service was wonderful, our server was fantastic and she is definitely not the reason for the rating. The atmosphere and experience was great as well. The food however was very mediocre, the rice was bland, my brothers chicken was sub par. I don’t know if I would pay to come here again, but it was overall a decent experience.

I always enjoy Taytro's for the ambiance, fried food and delicious cocktails. Their fish, gater and BBQ shrimp are amazing. If I could offer some advice, it would be to back off on the Cajun seasoning and salt. The raw oysters were bitter as well. I hope I don't get sick!

I won’t lie, I work here, BUT I’ve been a HUGE fan of Taytros since they were in their first location. Food, drinks, music, and atmosphere have always been great! I still have yet to grow tired of eating here. The made in-house ranch, Asian glaze, homemade croutons, Cajun bbq shrimp, Kerris jalapeño poppin chicken with sugar snap peas or Angry Italian sandwich & fries are some of my top favorites. Paired with a hurricane, lous watermelon sunrise, or lavender lemon drop martini 🤌🏻💋
