Really great that they have you schedule a specific pick-up time, then notify you it's ready almost 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and let your 35 dollar steak sit on the cold table beside the drive thru. Also really great that said steak is SUPER rare(ordered medium rare), and gristly choice level meat at best, you receive a regular potato instead of a sweet potato, and an eye lash buried in your roll. Yum. 5 out of 5 do not recommend this trash ever again

My Birthday dinner was eaten with my coat on! Very crowded but checked in 45 mins early. Seated outside area with plastic covering. Very Cold! My wife and I had to eat with our coats on as did most everyone out there. Prime rib Medium rare ordered but got a well done one. I didn't send it back because that's never good for the customer. Drinks weren't refilled at all. So cold our food was ice cold by the middle of the meal. We should have went to a place where they value the customer.

Always so busy. Must have the app and check in on the wait list early and time your arrival - or just hit the bar if it's a date for two. Menu doesn't change much but food is great
Not a FAN! The music is so loud you can't really have a conversation. The service is lacking and the food - well when I ask for my steak to be cooked a certain way, that is how I expect it to be delivered to my table. I don't expect that I am going to have to ask for a manager and let them know that my steak is way undercooked. I also don't expect that I have to argue with the manager about sending it back and no longer interested in eating. The manager did not want to take it off my bill or send it back. I asked for a medium well steak. My steak was served rare and bloody. Complete turn off.

I should just decline invitations to this texas roadhouse. But I didnt . I accepted knowing that I should of ate before I went there. I ordered a medium well steak that was still bleeding on the plate when it came to the table. You get what you get here . One incident can happen but this place Consistantly disappoints. I remember a past visit when someone ordered a steak and got charged for steak but got chicken and another that never got their steak at all. So maybe give yourselves some extra time to sort out the mistakes too.

Was Our Anniversary and not what we wanted & expected for our anniversary dinner together. Floor & tables was not clean. Had food & other particles left on table & floor . My Wife had a knife that was not clean and had to ask several times for another knife. Was out of sides for the meal that I wanted . If you want a disappointing meal that’s what you will get.

Whole reason called in was to secure a 9 top... TOGETHER... after waiting 40 mins, they sat us at 2 separate tables across an Isle from each other without asking. I get it, it was busy and maybe that was best they could do but they didn't ask if it was ok 1st. and when I asked the waitress her response was almost rude and simply said it wasn't her fault... Um ok, but how about asking us if it was ok?? Whole reason we called ahead was to SIT TOGETHER w our sons that were from out of town.. totally ruined my experience
