This place is the average chain italian food restaurant. The service was very good, but the food in my plate was cold, and my wifes lasagna was warm not hot. The potions are on the small side.

Beside being really cold due to patrons not following directions about keeping an exit closed due to temps, everything was wonderful. They did a great job taking care of a big group.

I just had to share about my wonderful experience at the pasta house! The food was great and it came out fairly quick! But it’s not just the food that makes me want to drive an hour and a half to revisit this location regularly. It’s the service and the environment! My son (16) has disabilities and is an avid sports fan. When we walked in, he was immediately drawn to the TVs with the days football games. One of the employees noticed his interest and suggested that we sit in this area. I was really grateful because I was not paying attention to his reaction, because he typically has this reaction in other environments like this. This type of inclusive mindset is really encouraging and heartwarming! Every other employee we encountered was genuinely kind and loving. It’s the type of thing you can just see is in the work culture at this location! My one-year-old would frequently drop toys too and everyone was so helpful to help me pick them up too. I was so grateful for the help. Thank everyone!

Update: this place was amazing until a couple months ago. The last two times everyone in our party ended up with food poisoning. Not sure what’s going on, but we’ll be taking a break. Eat at your own risk I guess.
We’ve never had a bad experience here and have only been a few times. It’s one of the only Italian restaurants in the area so they get pretty packed, but somehow we’ve never waited for a table and they’re fast. The food can take a second because it’s made fresh, but totally worth it. Best tortellini and Alfredo. Their drinks and deserts are pretty great to. Lunch time is the best!

We have been here before, but it has been a while. We came with another couple and our two small kids. Our kids were very poorly behaved, but our waitress handled it well. Jillian was very patient and attentive. The lasagna was good, and the portion size was very generous.

We go to this Pasta House a lot !! Tonight was the best Chicken Flamingo that I’ve ever had there. Don’t ever let the chef leave that cooked it tonight!!!!
