I just stopped at waffle house in festus mo on my way home from work. With tip I spent 20.00 and when I got home my order was incorrect. My hashbrowns where completely plain and they where supposed to be smothered and chuncked. I was very disappointed in the food and would like to be compesated for my loss.

Waffle House is my go to breakfast restaurant when I am traveling. West Virginia shoul definitely get some.
Ordered eggs, Hashbrowns, sausage, bacon and raisins toast. And a waffle on side. Everything cooked perfect except waffle, disappointed, undercooked, chewy. Coffee was good!!

Our first time going we had a great experience. The food was so good and our waitress was amazing! We went back for a second time today and unfortunately our experience was not the same. It was busy and all booths were full except a two person one. We were a group of 5 so we sat at it to make do. We sat there for about 5 minutes without being waited on and when a bigger table opened up, we moved there. It was still dirty, so when a worker started cleaning the table behind us we asked if she could also wipe down our table. She said “No, you sat at a dirty table and it can stay that way.” Then walked off. We thought she was joking at first, but she was 100% serious. We didn’t expect her to do it asap, but we figured she could do it after she wiped down the table next to us. So your experience may vary depending on who is working. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
