Nothing like a white castle up north. They pre cook the burgers and make them with everything and will scrape what you don't want off. No sauce on the burgers either. Bad experience for a white castle, I'm not expecting much.

This was a Valentines experience. We have been going on Valentines Day for a few years. It is fun to go to an every day fast food place for an upscale experience (wink). This year was a little different. They made a great effort but it lacked some of the charm as in the past. The large photo area was missing, our table cloth appeared to be a couple years old, and the guests didn't seem to embrace the holiday as in the past. In past Valentines visits we have seen people in evening attire (not pj's lol) but all in all it is a fun experience. Thanks to White Castle for continuing the tradition.

Food was normal white castle, but they really didn't want us to dine in and bagged our food instead. No condiments were given or offered and when I went back to ask was given a diminutive amount of mustard and ketchup. The drink machine also had most of its flavor options shut off.
They just don't taste the same anymore. Not one person that did eat the ones we bought didn't say that they just are not as good as they used to be.

Needed to change order. Cashier was fine with it, but Manager thru order down and said that is what I ordered and I would have to pull forward and wait very rude. What customer service....
Manager said she had already ready made them it was only two sandwiches. I had apologized for ordering them wrong bit she didn't care. Maybe she is in the wrong position.
