Treating customers like thieves isnt the right way. I came through the drive through 15 minutes later get home I was given the wrong order. Called said it would be taken care of. We'll I did not bring me my receipt so it wasn't. I drive another 15 minutes opposite direction of my house. Last time I come to this White Castle. I didn't even eat what was in the wrong order what a joke.

Was told to please wait while I was in the second lane of the drive-through. Second lane got skipped three times. When I brought it to their attention that I was still there, they rudely took my order incorrectly. I said no cheese. And when I told them I would need ketchup for my order. I was there informed rally that I would have to tell them at the second window of my needs. Customer service is severely lacking. And or management coaching and counseling. Will not return.
