I asked for a number 9 with ONLY cheese, so we I got my food and saw the wrapper was covered in ketchup and mustard, so I ask if they could get me what I asked for, I get my two cheese burgers and the cheese is cold, they didn't warm the cheese. DONT GO HERE.

It took half an hour to get my food from the drive thru in the middle of a long road trip. I eventually had to go in and ask them about it. The food also wasn’t very warm. I recommending trying a different McDonald’s than this one for sure.

Food was wrong-they put a hamburger patty on my sausage, egg and chs bagel and it was nasty! It's supposed to be sausage!! Yuck!!

We came through the drive thru last night to place an order. The young girl taking the order was all giggling and kept asking me to wait a minute, I guess while she paid attention to whatever was so funny. We ordered a large fry cooked to order, and a double quartor pounder with cheese DELUXE, and a plain cheeseburger for my dogs. We got all the way home in Lake Sherwood, only to find out that the double deluxe that I paid for was just a single, and the cheeseburger was NOT plain! Dog's can't all that extras!! I tried calling them at least 12 x to make them aware, but they don't answer their phone at all!! I have my receipt, and next time will be going by to make them aware! I gave them 2 star🌟 because the fries 🍟 were hot and delicious! DO BETTER McDonald's!!!
Pick up doordash from here at night and the workers are SLOW ASF. They dont even try to hurry

I had to literally walk behind the counter I'd asked for someone would come out and help me. Janie, a manager, did not seem to know the store number though I asked several times. I bought a diet Coke just to get the store number on the receipt.
