On 12/26/2025 my husband and I placed our order for breakfast well before 10:30 and because of a line I got to the speaker at 10:32. My only order was placed at 10:20 and it went through and took money from our account. I get up to the speaker and was told they could not give me my order because it was after 10:30….. when I advised this order was placed before 10:30 they said they still could not give it to me. So here is what likely happened. Your workers are lazy and didn’t want to do their job. So, they purposely waited to the last minute so they can say they cannot do it even though your app took our money and we placed it in time. But due to the line the girl working you speaker with a bushy ponytail wants to pal God and decide not to give someone food they ordered and paid for. I use this McDonald’s most mornings as it is close to get my morning coffee. I will now gladly go out of my way to go to Wentzville or Write City because your worker (not workers because I cannot judge all employees based off one person who cannot complete a simple order) is incompetent, rude, and clearly does not know how to properly complete her job.

I ordered hot cakes for my breakfast ,they don't give me syrup and fork now i m sitting in my truck eating cakes without syrup with my hands

I came in the other day and was very disappointed by how this location was. Granted it was a bit busy but the lobby was nasty, One of the employees kept asking a manager (Marissa) for change and the manager ignored her 3 times. The manager was also eating a snack wrap on the line which was inappropriate. When another customer said something to Marissa, she had a nasty attitude and even yelled at the other employee for having a customer tell her that the employee needed change at the back window.
To be honest, the location and my experience would been better should Marissa not be an employee or manager there. Her demeanor is unacceptable. Especially her comments about the job is below her pay grade since she is a beautician.
Worst $30 I spent in a long time.

My wife started working their. I came in to order, my usual, I order large Dr Pepper. Well I over heard, a manager Name Melissa, I think made a comment, which very rude and disrespectful, and threaten that McDonald's will Sue me, for ordering Food, because it had a monopoly sticker, which I don't even Pau attention, and I have Autism, which makes it hard for me to change my routine up, so I don't play those games. I honestly enjoy McDonald's this franchise McDonald's in Warren county, they have not done me wrong. Up until this Manager made comment about how I dress and how I look coming in. I think it's very unfair for me to be brought up, and the fact I heard her down grading new employees and they are doing it all wrong and it their fault, yet she the manager and is always on the phone every time I come in their. I have Autism and threaten to sue me, for being a customer is discrimination, and would like it to be addressed, please and would her to respectful to her employee as well, because it's a family fast food chain, and now I don't know if I recommend bring my kids their or eat their, since i felt unwelcome. I don't even talk to anyone their. But yelling and making actuation and pointing fingers is wrong

It doesn't matter what you order. They give you whatever they feel like. For instance tonight, I ORDERED a Big Mac combo with a Large Diet Dr Pepper. I RECEIVED some monstrosity I don't believe is even on the menu. 2 all beef patties, no special sauce, a ton of lettuce, no cheese, bathed, no- DROWNED in reeking yellow mustard and tart red ketchup on a bone dry sesame seed bun. Did I mention soaked in pickle juice? This store and it's attention to detail never cease to make me wish I'd gone to Arby's instead.

I asked for a number 9 with ONLY cheese, so we I got my food and saw the wrapper was covered in ketchup and mustard, so I ask if they could get me what I asked for, I get my two cheese burgers and the cheese is cold, they didn't warm the cheese. DONT GO HERE.
