Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I like Popeyes chicken but in my own opinion I think they use to much mayo on the sandwich that's why I leave 4.

It's 2025 and no AC, to not have a HVAC company under contract for this type of situation is inexcusable for the customer and the staff. Plus a sign that reads 15-25 minutes for service. This is a fast food restaurant and that is sit down restaurant times plus it's very expensive for poor service.

I ordered the 10 PC Family Meal with 5 biscuits & 2 Large sides - Mashed Potatoes w/gravy & Red Beans/Rice . I got my Red Beans/Rice but I only received a Large GRAVY! NO Mashed Potatoes. With some old biscuits. Yall were not busy at all, there's no reason for me to drive all the way home to Warrenton to find out I have no Mashed Potatoes, it should have been in the bag. Thats a waste of my time and a waste of $30 i just spent.

Great chicken and biscuits

For years, I have enjoyed me some Popeyes! 🍗 😊. The places I grew up at never had one, until I moved to Wichita. I have visited each and every restaurant here and this one off Seneca is the best of all-time🏆! I am always greeted politely when I visit, my food is always fresh and made to order, the lobby is organized and tidy; and I always leave there in a better mood. So much that I almost never use their drive-thru, preferring to walk in, sit' and enjoy my food. Thank you Seneca Popeyes!

Not sure why so many like this place. Lee's is so much better. Popeyes has great Mac and cheese but I go to a chicken place for the chicken

Staff is very loud and cashier is acting like no1 knows anything. Also the other time i was at this location everyone seemed like they were high on something and i mean every1.

Manager that is an older lady is extremely rude. Has no business being in customer service.

Excellent and fast service. Good always great and hot.

Very disappointing. Long wait. Order was wrong. No clean tables. Room full of people waiting. Multiple orders had to be redone. Staff was dazed and confused. Lids were empty. Yikes.

I never leave reviews unless I think it’s really warranted Popeyes/taco/hut staff loud unruly and the swearing was the icing on the cake with these ungrateful brats not to mention Popeyes tiny portions the red beans rice was only 1/2 full terrible
