The greatest place to eat in the area. The folks go above and beyond. We will go back there again when we get to MO. You all need to eat here!

Food was good. They started to get busy and they were a little under staffed. Restrooms were a little dirty and there were issues with the paper towel dispenser.

Crispy hash browns dropped in a frier(stated not in a hurry) ham as thin as a piece of paper. Gravy needs to be cooked out, great that it's made in house but you have to cook put the flour so it doesn't taste like just that flour, or cut back on the roux. Good texture on the biscuit, but couldn't tell because flour gravy. Eggs perfect,... So all in all was it worth 18 and a 4 dollar tip. Meh...

The people were great and did a paint party there; food was awesome, and the environment was just what this city girl needed!

I ordered food for my husband’s 60th birthday and it was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had plenty of food! I definitely recommend it! We eat there often and love it! The food, staff and atmosphere are all great!
Third time going to this place in the past two months. Service first two time was great food was mediocre at best. Just left today ordered breakfast. Food was mostly cold ordered two scrambled eggs and was brought out a burnt disk looking thing about two inches in diameter didnt look like two eggs a sausage link and a piece of cold bacon and cold potatoes. The pancake was cooked so hard I had to cut it with a knife. All this cost me was 15 and some change.

Shirley's Kitchen is one of our favorite restaurants! We go there often after church on Sundays for breakfast/lunch. The staff are amazing the food is delicious and it has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I ordered food for my husbands birthday day party feeding around 100 people and they did a great job! Everyone enjoyed the pulled pork, potatoes, carrots and potato salad! I was very happy with everything!

Stopped here for lunch on New Year’s Day.The waitress was very nice and thorough, food and atmosphere were great! Prices were very reasonable and they had lots of options. We love coming to the local places to eat instead of the chains and we would definitely stop to eat here again.
Great food kind of countrystyle gets some type like grandma's chicken, but only Downfall is the normal service. There's real people looking down at you. The twenty five dollar meal that's a thirteen dollars and didn't give me silverware or ketchup or syrup or anything for my to go meal.
Kid-friendliness: My 2 kids really enjoy going there and seeing Lonnie and Rachel. I think that's there most favorite part about going there.
