The NEVER have regular pretzels (tried 3x in one week), the customer service is TERRIBLE. Sat at the counter for 10 mins(one of the times) and had to yell for her to come to the front. Then she was short, and disinterested. Just over all awful experience.

Forced tipping is what you'll end up doing. I shouldn't have to tip minium 15% for a guy to open the case and then close it.
Your options are 15% 20% and 25%. Conveniently you can't press other, I tried and when it didnt work, the guy rushed me to click one of the options. I should have known when everything else was open and no one was in line to go there

Great restaurant, the pretzels were soft and tasty, in the strawberry smoothie was delicious.

A can of yahoo is 4 dollars, and a cheese cup is 2 dollars and 7 $ for a cup of pretzels. So 13 dollars for a snack basically what a joke

Yea they need to do a better job of quality control. I expect the cinnamon bites to be somewhat soft but they cook them card. A few burnt. Someone needs to police this place up

Got here at 4:45. It was 2 original pretzels in the display so I asked if I could get one original and one cinnamon. He said he couldn’t make a cinnamon one. I asked why and he said because he already cleaned up and they are about to close. I asked what time does he close; he said 5. I took my business to another restaurant. While I was sitting down eating my food from another food chain; I noticed they were still open well past 5pm. Terrible customer service.

I tried today again and the small bites were burned and hard to bite. The woman with blue contacts, doesn’t had any regards for costumer service. She cannot do the job. The place is really going down the hill. I took pictures of the mini bites. She was even rude. I asked for a cap so they don’t falls out, because they were to go.

This is the worst place in FLW. They tell me all the time that they don’t have dough and if I want something has to be the bites. No good costumer service. One is working and the other girl drinking her slurpy and on her cellphone then the other one that is in the cashier does the same, they are lazy and are taking the owner business down. If the owner want me there to confront them I will with the owner. This is ridiculous and if they want to do the pretzel is burned under. They give zero F…
