Ordered a Big Fish sandwich. It's supposed come with Lettuce , pickles and tarter sauce. See the imaged attached. I went drive thru when I got back to my office 8 was pissed.

Service is slow and male cashier at drive through was rude. When asked for what’s included in the Wednesday Addams menu they didn’t answer and sounded annoyed. New churros weren’t fresh, they were hard when eating them and didn’t have the new shake even though listed on their menu. Felt like money was wasted eating here.

This Burger King location has to be the slowest location I have ever been to. They have 2 brand new drive thru lanes and 2 windows but only one person working. Being a Solder on Ft Leonard Wood we are limited by options and time. This location wastes most of that. By the time I get my food I have to inhale it in order to make it back on time.

Great BK just sucks that the hours aren't consistent at all. The hours currently listed here are entirely wrong. Just drove by at 7:30am and closed with no cars in the lot.

Waiting for food here is crazy, weather it's dining in or pick up you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes on food..this is FAST FOOD! There's no sense of urgency during rush hour the staff acts as if they're lost and overwhelmed. Most of the time they're understaffed especially on weekends when the soldiers are out. That is very poor management. I would say get it together but it's been like this for a few years now. The drive thru is bad too, 2 lanes and only 1 is open most of the time. At this point just close it down ??

This BK location on FT. LWOOD Is severely under staffed! Management needs to hire more employees. It should not take 20 min to receive my order for 1 meal and on top of that my food is rushed and thrown in the bag!!! I also noticed Door dashers are waiting for just as long, if longer! GET IT TOGETHER, SERIOUSLY. ?
