Charleys Cheesesteaks

Stopped by Charley’s Cheesesteaks recently and overall, the experience was just okay. The food was mid—nothing special—and the service was about the same. What really stood out were the hygiene concerns I witnessed.

One staff member was using the same blade to cut wraps and sandwiches without cleaning it between items. Multiple employees were talking directly over the food while it was being prepared, and I also saw someone touch the trash can with their gloves on, then go straight back to handling food without changing gloves.

These are basic food safety standards that need to be taken seriously. Hoping to see improvements in cleanliness and overall attention to safe food handling in the future.

Being from Philadelphia, this is the closest to home we can get! Lol. Friendly and accommodating staff. Steaks are good!

Extremely rude staff, do not respect service members

I loved the cheese fry's they where so yummy. And the lemonade was so thirst quenching. Great first time at Charley's Cheesestakes! I hope to eat here again someday.

Me and my battle buddies walk up to this stand and we encountered a very rude and disrespectful cashier telling us to go over to the neighboring resteraunt. She then proceeded to throw our food down on the table and continue to yell at up and comming customers while we were eating in the food court. Jamie Cruze was her name

After trying the veggie sandwich, I would definitely recommend coming here again!! The service was good and I didn’t wait long at all.

Delicious food made to order, friendly staff and incredible lemonade! You can’t go wrong ordering at Charleys. My fav cheese steak is the Bacon 3 Cheese streak. Cooked fresh, on the spot. Comes out VERY hot tho so be carful, i learned the hard way. Great fries, only downside is they don’t serve sauces. Ketchup definitely enhances the flavor in my opinion. Either way very much enjoy ordering here, prices are reasonable and you get a lot for your money. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already!
