I ordered a strawberry coolata that was sour and unsweetened. The ticket on the cup showed 2 pumps of strawberry syrup which I believe is the standard for the size, because I did not as for any customizations. There was nothing sweet or enjoyable about this drink. Every now and then I’ll visit this location hoping to have a good experience, but quality always seems to be off with drinks at this specific location. I would have had them remake it, but I was already in Saint Robert and didn’t want to return on base just to go through the drive through again. Be sure to taste your drinks first before leaving this place in order to avoid a poor quality control issue.

Matcha was sparse. Was drinking a milk drink, not matcha. 2/3 of the drink was only ice.

I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of the 10 ct munchkins. Instead of putting them in 2 boxes, the lady put them all in 1 bag. I asked for a second bag because I ordered 2 of them and needed they separated. I pulled off and separated them myself then there were only 17. I paid for 20.

They’ve been out of espresso for two weeks now. Can’t even order a drink unless it’s coffee or cold brew(there’s absolutely SUCKS. Only time I come through and have been devastated that I can’t order a latte or macchiato or something absolutely better than their other drinks. There’s only been 1-2 people that actually like their job and do everything they can to make you feel great if you come through during early morning hours.

Picture is worth thousands words. Just pathetic. Every other DD I have been too give you bacon crumbles that covers the whole toast. Look at what I received and the description and picture on the menu.

I had the worst breakfast sandwich at a Dunkin ever recently. I looked like it had been sitting there for hours instead of being freshly made. They also screwed up our order and forgot to put in the Wake-Up Wraps. So, we had to go back.

Staff went above and beyond with smiles and kindness. My drink was amazing and made just the way I like it. I asked for less ice, and there was actually less ice in it! Lobby was clean and updated
Parking: Attached to a gas station, so parking can be busy, but plenty of spots available.

$20+ for day old donuts. The glaze on the donuts was thin and runny like it was melting, which if you've ever had leftover donuts, then you know that's how the glaze looks. They were also incredibly dry. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money.

We, (wife and I) went through the north gate Dunkin Donuts on base. We paid a little over 20 dollars for hard bagels, wrong items that was supposed to come on the hard bagel and seven hash brown totts which was tipped over at the bottom of the bag. Over priced and ridiculous. We will not be going back.
