Fort Leonard Wood USO Club

As this was my first time at the USO, I approached the center manager to ask where I could retrieve my certificates. I intended to print five certificates, which I understand is the maximum allowed. The manager offered to assist and retrieved them for me. However, only three were printed.

Assuming I may have exited the printer screen too quickly, I returned to print the remaining two. After checking the printer, I discovered it was out of paper. I refilled the tray, and the two missing certificates printed successfully.

Shortly after, the manager entered the conference room and informed me that I wasn’t allowed to be in there. As I attempted to explain the situation, she repeatedly interrupted me and emphasized the five-page limit. I again tried to clarify that I only printed five certificates in total, but she continued to cut me off and was dismissive throughout the interaction.

I found her tone and demeanor to be unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, especially in a role that involves public interaction and support. I hope she takes this feedback constructively, as it’s important for all guests, especially first time visitors, to feel welcomed and respected.

I enjoyed the USO for it’s seating, internet speeds, and light refreshments. If you’re an AIT soldier your best bet for food is buy it before stopping in. I also think this location is better than sitting at the PX or bowling alley all day.

The gaming room, It doesn't let you add users, so you can't play with friends. They have no games, the internet is terribly slow, the staff is rude with a few exceptions.

When I was at Ft Leonardwood in 1983. I was doing my AIT across the road. The place was called the Davis club at that time. I drink many of cold beer there, that's where I had my first drunk at. First time I was away from home. Had a good time there for Basic and AIT.
Now it's better that they serve no alcohol there anymore.
I had read about a robbery and a killing there in the early 90s, and they had closed it up.
My basic training company was Brovo 5-4 , I don't know if it's still there.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fort Leonard Wood USO, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.One of the first things that caught my attention was the incredibly comfortable couches scattered throughout the facility. Whether I wanted to relax and unwind after a long journey or catch up with friends, these couches provided the perfect spot to do so. The plush cushions and ample seating options truly added a touch of luxury to the space.The USO's commitment to providing delicious free food to the troops and their families was truly remarkable. The selection of food offered was impressive, and it was clear that great care had been taken to cater to various dietary preferences and needs. The food not only tasted amazing, but it was also prepared with the utmost attention to quality and freshness.As someone who relies heavily on technology, I was thrilled to find fast computers available for use at the Fort Leonard Wood USO. Whether I needed to check my emails or connect with loved ones, the high-speed internet connection and top-of-the-line computers provided a seamless and efficient experience.But what truly set this USO apart was its fabulous game room. It was the perfect place to unwind and have some fun. From billiards to table tennis, the game room had something for everyone. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow service members and engage in friendly competition, all while enjoying some well-deserved downtime.Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the Fort Leonard Wood USO. With its incredibly comfortable couches, delicious free food, fast computers, and fun game room, it truly exceeded all my expectations. I am grateful for the exceptional services and amenities provided by this USO, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a welcoming and enjoyable environment.

The Uso has always been there for me. Wherever the Army sends me. Also, it's a pokemon gym.
