Didn't get to order because we got there at 6:20 in the drive through picked out what we wanted and when we got to the drive through window and started placing our order the girl very plainly told us 'sorry we closed the grill down at 6:30' and we got to the window at 6:50. So after waiting in line for 30-40 minutes total we left and said never again.

Stood at the walk up window for over five minutes, and was never acknowledge, only one person in the drive-through. Heard stories about how bad their service was and this affirms it. Heard the food wasn’t really that good either so I guess I didn’t miss out. Won’t go back.

Wish i had a picture still. Waited 45 minutes got to the window they didn’t even take are order . Waited another 35 minutes left realized they charged us too much. Went back got my actual amount back this time. Went home took a bite and my smash burger which is thin as it can be was red and wasn’t cooked all the way. will never go back definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Wheelchair accessibility: The workers must be handycap.

Hear me out… I’m patient with the food industry. I was a server for years. But today… waited 1 hour for two burgers and two fries. Everything was cold. No communication from staff. Car in front of me pulled off and left. Management… teach staff that people are much more understanding if you communicate with them.

First time since re-opening.Spent 35 minutes in drive thru with one car ahead.Ordered iced teas, unsweet with 2 double cheeseburgers and fries.These fools served us one sweet tea, one warm unsweet tea with no ice from a coffee maker carafe, and two burgers with zero toppings, zero condiments, and so much salty seasoning it burnt the mouth trying to eat it. The fries were literally just a hand full. We left with zero beverages because the male on duty brought a coffee carafe of hot water to the drive thru with a tea bag he sat down on the dirty counter by order pad.Terrible, terrible terrible.
waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes with one car in front of us. 25 of that was us waiting on our food after we ordered. a single cheese burger with bacon (that didn’t come with bacon on it), and meat that was way too over seasoned, almost to compensate. we also ordered a 5 piece tender with mac and cheese that looked like it was the .89 cent box you get from great value at walmart that’s priced at 3.00. the two concretes we also ordered were gritty within the ice cream itself, not the toppings (which also weren’t great). the only good thing i can really say is the food was hot. not worth the amount of money and the time spent waiting. this place was better when the older ladies ran it, and it was primarily snack foods that were fast to prepare, and ice cream.

Hometown favorite place to grab a Big Daddy pepsi, or your favorite beverage, I personally love the chicken sandwich, but the nacho Supreme is the bomb.. Local store family owned and they work there as well but mostly they hire teens from the local area to work, which I think is a super idea. Evening time please be patient for they are very busy, so you may have to wait longer for your items. The chocolate ice-cream is so good. Have a huge menu.Small parking lot, no public restroom. But they offer good service and friendly smiles.

My favorite cheese curds in Missouri, the cowboy chicken sandwich is amazing and the big daddy drink is well worth the dollar. The beef patties are not great but there are so many amazing fried food options, i must visit this spot everytime im in Fredericktown.
