Tasha and the other girl made our whole evening. It’s my daughter’s 3rd birthday!! They gave her a birthday treat and presented her birthday shake with the HBD song. It was extremely thoughtful and we could not have had a better time and experience!! They really went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed!! Also, the restaurant was clean and kept in great condition

Food was mediocre other than the slaw which was inedible. However, it was the atmosphere created by the employees (2 females, not the young man), including the person who seemed to be the manager, that made for an unpleasant experience. They yelled and goofed off the entire time. It was loud. It was impossible to tune out.

I came through the windows to use my rewards and Lydia was in the drive thu and she told me my rewards didn't work and asked very rudely if I had 12 dollars and I mentioned will you use my rewards she said that they didn't work and slammed the window in my face...so today I came in asking for the same rewards to be used and the manger CJ done it in a very professional manner and even apologize for the experience I had yesterday.

Very good service. A few people short, but the ladies in there worked very hard and as fast as they could. There were only us, another couple. The staff made us laugh and have a great morning even though they were short handed. Great staff.

Over 30 minutes to wait for a ham and cheese sandwich and fries while others waited the same for a single burger. The entire time listening to the staff openly argue with each other. Drive through was prioritized over those inside. Sandwich was cold but fries hot. Did get back to work on time from my lunch break as a result. Deserves less than the 1 star I gave them.

I saw a man in the back by kitchen putting his hair up in ponytail. I dont think thus should have been done in the kitchen. when he saw me looking he turned and went in the back.
