Food was fresh, ready, and piping hot. Unfortunately the service was terrible. I ordered multiple bread and sauce combos and one sauce was missing. Couldn’t get anyone to come back to the window, so went inside. Aside from basically ignoring me to do another task, once I was finally acknowledged, I had to provide proof of receipt to prove I wasn’t ‘trying to steal’ (his words). Very unprofessional. While I don’t mind providing the receipt I don’t appreciate needing to prove I’m not a ‘thief’. In the end it was his error and was resolved, but what a show for one cup of sauce.

I called there and the customer service was poor. the guy was rude who my mother on the phone when she tried to order a pizza and then we went there. the pizza had burnt pepperoni overcooked and again the guy was rude to us. the man was trying to act like because we wanted our card punched that we was trying to play him because we didn't know that you couldn't punch the card. when you get a free pizza for having the full card punch he kept saying are you trying to play me. I didn't know what he meant. this is a little ridiculous for customer service. definitely not the same place that I was used to going to before with great service about a month ago

Order online pickup if you have service... We don't on that stretch of 61/67 so I call in our order. (One pepperoni & sausage) Be VERY specific if you call in an order. They have a prepaid pickup oven to grab and go, super convenient. Clean place and pizza is always fresh and good. Restrooms inside too.

Had to make a trip to Fredricktown that is almost 2 hours away from my significant others house and stopped in here for some Crazy Bread. The restaurant was incredibly clean and I was greeted instantly upon entry. They had a short wait on some fresh Crazy Bread being made and it was worth the wait. The order I walked out the door with was perfect, some of the best I have had in recent years from any location. Would gladly go back if I am ever in the area again. The crew there did an amazing job.
