Im giving 1 star but really want to give 0 stars. I was traveling at 830pm on Sunday May 25th from camping. We stopped for gas and food. We had to pull over wait for our food. When I went to eat my quarter under it was drenched in ketchup and meat was dry. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I opened the double cheeseburger and it was the same way. My husband had no chicken on his spicy chicken sandwich and my 9 yr old granddaughter didnt like her burger it was dry. Im sure the food was sitting around and the employees thought putting a lot of ketchup on them they thought it would cover it up. I called and asked for the Manager, the kid on the phone said yes. I asked again and he said can I help you. I asked are you the manager and he mocked me. Very unprofessional. I let him know about my order and hung up. I did use my receipt to make a complaint. Thought I would do it here too. I never eat at McDonald's thats what my granddaughter wanted. Will never do it again.

Not only was our food cold but they forgot half our order. When I took the food back to make it right the manager refused to replace it.

Food never tastes fresh. Better check your order to make sure it's correct and your condiments you request or actually in the bag. Usually it's never correct.. the new cardboard ice cream cups they use are terrible. Bring back the plastic. Fredericktown location

Fish sandwich was so old it was dried out like leather and the sandwich tasted terrible, pretty sure food poisoning would have happened. Dog wouldn’t even touch it. Fries are cold EVERY time I go here and the cheeseburgers were also extremely dry, the buns were like hard rubber and they must have left the food in the warmer since yesterday. Disgusting, only thing I got for 15 bucks was a damn soda

Food was correct. It took a long time to be acknowledged after coming in. The night shift lead (woman wearing a skirt) made us feel like we was interrupting her by us just being there. It took 5 different interactions to get our app order. When requesting a coffee refill I had to wait until she was done mocking a drive thru customer. She mocked them in a non PC way as if they was special needs.

Lousy service. I just ordered 3 McDoubles, 1 with no pickle. I get three old, dried out burgers, all with pickle. Even the two large fries were old. This place has no excuse for this. It's has to be the lowest consumer base McDonald's I've ever been in. So they have plenty of time to make fresh. I'd give zero stars if I could.
