Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Jennifer is very rude. I ordered food and was just minding my own business and then I had Fredericktown police showing up because I was there just relaxing and minding my own business for a bit. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Not very nice at this McDonald's plus the food made me sick

Fredericktown McDonald's has the absolute WORST customer service ever. Ordering from there for delivery is a joke! 2x now we've had to cancel orders because they conveniently "forgot" our orders after we waited close to an hour for them to bring us our food. Spending close to $30 for 2 sandwiches, fries and apple pies is ridiculous. Plus refunds take over 3 DAYS to get back. Total B.S.

Im giving 1 star but really want to give 0 stars. I was traveling at 830pm on Sunday May 25th from camping. We stopped for gas and food. We had to pull over wait for our food. When I went to eat my quarter under it was drenched in ketchup and meat was dry. I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I opened the double cheeseburger and it was the same way. My husband had no chicken on his spicy chicken sandwich and my 9 yr old granddaughter didnt like her burger it was dry. Im sure the food was sitting around and the employees thought putting a lot of ketchup on them they thought it would cover it up. I called and asked for the Manager, the kid on the phone said yes. I asked again and he said can I help you. I asked are you the manager and he mocked me. Very unprofessional. I let him know about my order and hung up. I did use my receipt to make a complaint. Thought I would do it here too. I never eat at McDonald's thats what my granddaughter wanted. Will never do it again.

Don't expect to ever get your food at a reasonable time
Not only was our food cold but they forgot half our order. When I took the food back to make it right the manager refused to replace it.

Food never tastes fresh. Better check your order to make sure it's correct and your condiments you request or actually in the bag. Usually it's never correct.. the new cardboard ice cream cups they use are terrible. Bring back the plastic. Fredericktown location
