A group of friends gather at Fredericktown Pizza Hut on the first Wed of each month. On Feb 5th we met & there were about 20 of us. The guy working was very rude & didn’t want us to move 1 table so we could all sit together. (No one was in dining room) then he said there were no personal pans or fountain sodas. Then we had to go to register to order & to get food. Then on Mar 5 we were going to meet there again but he said dining room would not open till 4. We always have met at 11. So for April I called a week in advance & a lady told me they would be open & everything was available because things had changed so we met on Apr 2 @ 11 & the same guy was working so we were told he was not going to open till noon. I told him I had talked to someone & he just replied that nobody told him. This group has been meeting almost 2 years now & never had an issue when the lady was working by herself. I do not know names but I wouldn’t post them as they know who they are. They are running themselves out of business. So thankful for Mad Cow & the servers are great there.

My daughter does the Book it program through school and we started a tradition of me getting us pizzas one Friday a month to eat together at school on her lunch. They used to let me pick it up alone and now they require her to be there. I get it, but it's frustrating to pull her out of school to drive 3 minutes, pickup the pizza and go right back to school. Last time I ordered they called and said an employee didn't show up so it would be 10-15 minutes later than my original pickup time. I get it, not a big deal. Today I ordered and I get a call one hour BEFORE I'm supposed to pick up my order. I'm told by the general manager that he can't make my order on time and it will be 30-35 minutes later than my scheduled pickup time. I asked why and he had no reason. Just that he couldn't do it (it was 2 personal pan pizzas). I asked if I could get my order free or a discount for a future order due to the inconvenience, but no. He couldn't do anything about that either. I've worked in food. You don't treat customers that way. You bend over backwards trying to make things right for them so they come back. I cancelled my order, bought food from a different chain for my daughter and I to eat on our lunch break and I don't plan on going back. It was a favorite but they've lost my business after the experience today.

I placed an online order at 4:34 to be delivered at 6:00. Received a call at 5:55 to tell me they were out of pan crust and would I like a different crust. At 6:40 still no pizza delivered so I called back to check and the gentleman that took my call said the pizza was just being put in oven and would be another 30 minutes. We ended up going to the restaurant to pick up pizza. Very disappointed in service!!!

We came by on a Sunday afternoon after church. They were extremely short staffed and were running their feet off. But regardless of their situation they all remained very kind and still gave great customer service. We gave a little grace and they gave kindness.

There seems to be no wait staff there. You have yo go to counter to order. I don't know if it's "the no one wants to work anymore" or poor management. I would think it would be hiring issues.They are always busy with their take out and delivery. They used to have a salad bar but they never brought it back after "the covid".Really miss the way it was.

Took forever to get waited on ,only 1 waitress, food was cold ,chicken Alfredo wasn't cooked done ,no salads available bread sticks were really small,the place was dirty won't go there again, total joke ?of a pizza place .

This location does not honor veteran or responder discounts. Pizza hut does but when I requested my discount when ordering carryout I was informed the GM at this location does not allow it. Very discouraging beings veterans make it possible to have freedom and operate businesses in America. And first responders give their lives daily and sacrifice great things to take care of our society. I will go to other places in town after learning this.
