I just was in there and was going to order my lunch but while I was getting my sandwich made the employee scratched her head with gloves on and didn’t even change her gloves and then went to making my sandwich without changing her gloves and washing her hands. Then had a attitude when I wanted her to change her gloves and remake my sandwich so I left without lunch because she can’t keep good hygiene at her work space

Every parent knows what it's like when you have a child that needs to use the bathroom and you are told no. Come with your family spend $70 on food and you can't use the bathroom with your children. Ownership always closes the bathroom to ALL of the public during any town event. Not ok. According to the employees, they can't even use the bathroom... Sounds like nonsense to me.

The girl that waited on me today was not friendly at all. I had to get her attention she was on her cell phone in back. I told her what I wanted she rudely asked what kind of bread I wanted. The guy finished my sandwich and she rang me up, still unfriendly. The food and dinning area was clean. I was going to eat there, but since she was unfriendly I went got soda and other stuff from the convenience store.
The girls that took care of my order tonight. I am very very proud of you ladies. Did absolutely amazing. Have to give some credit where is deserved. There was a new girl that just started she was fantastic to be first day and doing orders. I used to work at a subway. And know how it’s ran. These girls know their stuff and are very sweet and friendly. I will be coming back. Especially if those girls are working. Fantastic work ladies.Only thing is I got a kids meal and forgot to get the chips and drink with it.
