I don’t expect much from subway, this location is probably one of the best in the area but after dispensing Mountain Dew into a cup I was greeted with multiple live gnats struggling in the green liquid. I understand the machines are a pain to clean and feel partially responsible for even going for a fountain drink. Staff was nice and agreed I could take a water bottle instead.

Then had a attitude when I wanted her to change her gloves and remake my sandwich so I left without lunch because she can’t keep good hygiene at her work space

Every parent knows what it's like when you have a child that needs to use the bathroom and you are told no. Come with your family spend $70 on food and you can't use the bathroom with your children. Ownership always closes the bathroom to ALL of the public during any town event. Not ok. According to the employees, they can't even use the bathroom... Sounds like nonsense to me.
