She was fantastic to work with over the phone, but things got better on the day of the event at the Jewel Box. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared. The staff working the event were so professional, very nice and extremely accommodating. Darla was by far the best event coordinator I have ever work with. She took care of every detail including the small things that most people wouldn't think could make a difference, but did. She was on top of everything. The other people I spoke to after the wedding said the same thing. A "Big Thanks" to the professional chef on staff that sliced the cakes that I baked. They looked amazing on the plates.

We had a great experience during the tasting, but you never know what the quality is going to be at the actual event because of transportation, heating, cooling, serving, etc. but their team really nailed it! We served steak, chicken, and a vegan option and had no complaints on any of them! Their passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour were scrumptious, and service throughout the whole event was on point.
