Came in for lunch today ask what was good ordered the food showed up it was cold and old No wait or nobody came back until my wife was almost done with her food told them that it was not edible they took it off the bill we left and had to go eat lunch somewhere else pretty sad after spending $30 for half of lunch and then had to go somewhere else to eat disgusting food I would never eat here!!

First time visiting this location, plenty of parking available. Had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table for 2 on a Saturday morning. Victoria our server did an amazing job and food was fantastic. Only cretuc would be the atmosphere was a bit loud but not too bad.

Shack Breakfast & Lunch is a total hidden gem in Frontenac! I stopped by their Lindbergh Blvd location, and it was the perfect way to kick off the morning. The atmosphere is so vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a family meal.
The service was truly top-notch our server was incredibly attentive, fast, and made us feel right at home. As for the food, the portions are huge and everything tasted fresh. Plus, they keep the coffee flowing! It’s definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a quality brunch spot with a great vibe. I’ll be back for sure!

The food is decent most of the time, but the service is notably bad.
Despite using their online reservation system, the table wait was over 35 minutes after we arrived. There were open tables everywhere, but the seating staff were slow and abrasive.

For the food. It is just above Dennys quality, but they don't serve half the menu on the weekends. The price is reasonable, but the food service is slow.

Overall a mixed bag, but I absolutely need to call out the unpleasant front desk staff

Just did the Shack the Halls and OMG it was amazing! Ask for Lexi!!! Lexi was PHENOMENAL and made it extra fun! She had the best recommendations and is an absolute sweetheart/rockstar! Food and drinks were also SO good! Literally not a single complaint.

Went for the Pop Up Christmas bar. All decked out for the holidays! Great service and the apps were very good too. They also have a photo op area with a sleigh for group photos.

Poor service born of some combination of apparent indifference to patrons and self-satisfaction. I had to ask someone at the day-drunk bar for silverware after receiving our food and our waiter didn’t find anything wrong with that. They don’t serve lunch on the weekend, there’s year’s worth of graffiti on almost all surfaces. I have no reason to ever return, and maybe I’m just dark-skinned enough that this is what they were hoping for from the beginning. What a waste.

Fabulous dependable great food mistake omelette is simply amazing I added feta cheese so good... Highly recommend the French toast and the egg white omelet as well. How beautiful designed for Christmas 🎄 great ambience 👍⭐💡
